Claims (1)

  1. 돈육가공과정에 피하결체조직, 지방, 육편과 돈모가 제거된 원피의 진피층을 상온에서 수세하고, 적당한 크기로 절단하여 분쇄기에 넣어서 악 5m/m정도로 미분쇄하여 페이스트상(Paste)으로 한것을 각종 향신료와 양념들을 혼가하여 냄새들을 제거한 다음 약100-180℃의 기름통에서 순간적으로 튀기거나 튀기지 아니하고 건조하여 진공포장함을 특징으로 하는 돈피가공식품의 제조방법.
