Claims (1)

  1. 표면제가 되는 금속박판을 송금하기 위한 언코일러와 코일교환을 연속해서 행하는 접속기와 핀치롤러로서 되는 표면재송급부와, 이 송급부에서 공급되는 표면재를 소정범위에서 가온하는 온도조절기와, 이 온도조절기로부터 공급되는 표면재에 임의의 엔보스 모양을 실시하는 엔보스 가공부와, 이 엔보스 가공된 표면재의 삐뚤어짐을 제거하는 교정부와, 이 교정부에서 공급되는 표면재를 루우프하여 반전하는 동시에 성형하는 성형부와, 이 성형된 표면재를 가온하는 프레히터부로서 되는 표면재 가공부와, 상기한 표면재 가공부와 같은 가공 공정을 가진 이면가공부에서, 프레히터부 후방에 상기한 가공된 표, 이면재의 내측의 적어도 한쪽에 심재원료를 토출하는 토출부와, 일정형상으로 규제한 상태에서 가온하고, 상기 심재원료를 경화시키는 동시에 상기 3부재를 접착일체화하는 큐어오븐과 이 큐어오븐에서 공급되는 샌드윗치 구조로서 연속대의 패널을 일정길이로서 절단하는 주행컷터를 배치한 패널의 제조장치에 있어서, 언코일러와 심재원료 토출부 사이의 임의의 위치에 적어도 1개소 이상의 이면재절단기를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 패널의 제조장치.
