제3도는 동 실시예의 자동급탕유니트의 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 순간급탕기로부터 급탕관을 경유해서 공급되는 뜨거운물(湯)과, 급수관을 경유해서 공급되는 찬물(水)을 혼합하는 탕수혼합밸브와, 혼합탕온도를 설정하는 탕온도설정기와, 혼합탕의 유량을 제어하는 유량제어 밸브와, 이 유량제어밸브를 구동하는 전기적 구동수단과, 상기 순간급탕기의 능력부족에 의한 탕온도 저하를 방지하는 유량규제수단과, 이 유량규제수단의 신호에 의거해서 상기 전기적 구동수단을 제어하고 상기 유량제어밸브를 조절하는 제어기를 구비한 자동급탕장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량규제수단으로서 복수의 급탕대상중 급탕을 행하고 싶은 개소를 지시하는 급탕개소설정기를 착설하고, 제어기는 이 급탕개소설정기와 탕온도설정기의 설정에 따라서 전기적 구동수단을 제어하고, 초기 출탕유량을 다르게 해서 공급하는 자동급탕장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제어기는 급탕개소지시기와 탕온도설정기의 설정에 대응한 유량치의 메모리수단을 구비한 자동급탕장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량규제수단으로서 혼합탕온도를 검출하는 탕온도검출기를 구비하고, 제어기는 이 온도검출기와 탕온도설정기의 신호를 비교해서 순간급탕기에 능력부족이 발생하였을 경우, 전기적 구동수단을 제어하고, 유량제어밸브로 유량을 줄이는 자동급탕장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량규제수단으로서, 계절이나 수온등을 설정하기 위한 계절설정기를 구비한 자동급탑장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량규제수단으로서, 순간급탕기의 능력이나 계절등의 표시부를 부착한 유량의 예약 설정기를 구비한 자동급탕장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량규제수단으로서 설정탕온도와 수온 및 순간급탕기능력중, 적어도 2가지 조합에 의해 출탕유량을 설정한 유량제어테이블을 구비하고, 제어기는 이 유량제어테이블의 출력신호에 따라서 전기적 구동수단을 제어하는 자동급탕장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
