Abstract

PURPOSE:To supply hot-water safely even when the hot-water is supplied to one place among hot-water supplying objects having a plurality of different using temperature ranges, by a method wherein the temperature range of mixed hot-water, which is controlled by a mixing unit, is limitted and hot-water, whose temperature is higher than the temperature range, is delivered through a hot-water supplying bypass pipe while water, whose temperature is lower than the temperature range, is delivered through a direct water supplying bypass pipe. CONSTITUTION:High-temperature hot-water, coming from a hot-water supplying bypass pipe 18, is sent to a bathtub side flow passage 34 through a hot-water supplying valve 39 while water, coming from a water supplying bypass pipe 20, is made to flow to both flow passages 34, 36 selectively through a water supplying valve 40. A switching valve driving unit 38 sends a signal with respect to a delivery port 24 and a flow rate, which are set in a setter 30, to control a switching valve 37. When the supply of high-temperature water, such as adding of hot-water or the like, is commanded by the setter 30, the controller 31 controls the hot-water supplying valve 39 so as to be opened and when the discharging of water is commanded, the controller 31 controls the water supplying valve 40 so as to be opened. According to this constitution, the regulation of hot-water temperature in the bathtub is permitted by pouring adding hot-water or water from a bathtub cock 33 while bathing mixed hot-water having a proper, temperature from a shower 35. On the other hand, the high- temperature hot-water is delivered from only the bathtub side flow passage 34, therefore, there may be no danger of being exposed to high-temperature hot-water from the shower 35 by mistake.
