Claims (45)

  1. (A) 윤활 점도의 오일 다량, (B) (B-1) Mn 값이 1300 내지 약 5000이고 Mw/Mn 값이 약 1.5 내지 약 4.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리알켄으로부터 유도된 치환체기화 숙신산기로 이루어져 있으며, 그 구조 내에 치환체기 각각의 당량에 대해 평균적으로 최소한 1.3의 숙신산기가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 최소한 하나의 치환된 숙신산 아실화제와(B-2) 그 구조내에 최소한 하나의 HN〈기가 존잰하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 최소한 하나의 아민 화합물을 반응시킴으로써 제조된, 최소한 하나의 카르복실산 유도체 조성물 최소한 2.0중량%, 및 (C) 디히드로카르빌 포스포로디티오산의 금속염의 혼합물 약 0.05-약 5중량(여기에서, 최소한 하나의 디히드로카르빌 포스포로디티오산에 있어서, 히드로카르빌기중 하나 (C-1)는 이소프로필 또는 이차 부틸기이고, 다른 히드로카르빌기 (C-2)는 최소한 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하며, (C)에 존재하는 히드로카르빌기 모두의 최소한 약 20몰%는 이소프로필기, 이차 부틸기 또는 이들의 혼합물이고, 단, 윤활유 조성물이 약 2.5중량% 이하의 (B)를 포함하는 경우, (C)에 존재하는 히드로카르빌기의 최소한 약 25몰%는 이소프로필기, 이차 부틸기, 또는 이들의 혼합물 임)를 포함하는, 내부 연소 엔진을 위한 윤활유 조성물.

  3. 제1항에 있어서, (B)에서의값이 최소한 약 1500인 오일 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (B)에서의w/값이 최소한 약 2.0인 오일 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (B)에서의 치환체기가, 2- 약 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 말단 올레핀의 인터폴리머 및 호모폴리머로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 폴리알켄(단, 상기 인터폴리머 약 6개 이하의 탄소 원자를 갖는 내부 올레핀으로부터 유도된 폴리머 단위체를 약 25% 이하 함유할 수 있음)으로부터 유도되는 오일 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, (B)에서의 치환체기가 폴리부텐으로 유도되고 부텐으로부터 유도된 전체 단위체 중 최소한 약 50%는 이소부텐으로부터 유도되는 오일 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, (B)에서, 1당량의 아실화제 (B-1)당 약 0.5당량-약 2몰의 아민 (B-2)을 반응시키는 오일 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, (B)에서, 1당량의 아실화제 당 약 0.5-1당량의 아민 (B-2)을 반응시키는 오일 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 아민 (B-2)이 지방족, 환식지방족 또는 방향족 폴리아민인 오일 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 아민 (B-2)이 히드록시치환 모노아민, 폴리아민, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 오일 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 아민 (B-2)이 하기 일반식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 조성물 :

  15. 제1항에 있어서, (C)의 금속이 제II족 금속, 알라미늄, 주석, 철, 코발트, 납, 몰리브덴, 망간, 니켈 또는 구리인 오일 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, (C)의 금속이 아연, 구리 또는 아연과 구리의 혼합물인 오일 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, (C)의 금속이 아연인 오일 조성물.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 히드로카르빌기 (C-1)가 이소프로필기이고, (C)에 존재하는 히드로카르빌기 모두의 최소한 약 25몰%가 이소프로필기인 오일 조성물.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, (C)에서의 최소한 하나의 금속염이, 최소한 20몰%의 이소프로필 알코올 및 약 6- 약 13개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 최소한 하나의 일차 지방족 알코올을 포함하는 알코올 혼합물과 오황화인을 반응시킴으로써 제조된 디히드로카르빌 포스포로디티오 산으로부터 유도되는 오일 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, (D) 최고한 하나의 산성 유기 화합물의, 최소한 중성 또는 염기성 알칼리 토금속 염을 함유하는 오일 조성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 산성 유기 화합물(D)이 황산, 카르복실 산, 인산, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 오일 조성물.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, (D)에서의 산성 화합물이 최소한 하나의 유기 설폰산인 오일 조성물.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, (E)(E-1) 최소한 약 700의값을 갖는 치환체기 및 숙신산기를 포함하는, 최소한 하나의 치환된 숙신산 아실화제와 (E-2) 하기 일반식 :

  24. 제23항에 있어서, (E-1)에서의 치환체기가, 폴리부텐, 에틸렌-프로필렌 코폴리머, 폴리프로필렌, 및 이들중 두개 이상의 어떤 것의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 요소로부터 유도되는 오일 조성물.
  25. 제23항에 잇어서, 알코올 (E-2)이 네오펜틸 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜, 글리세롤, 펜타에리트리톨, 솔리톨, 폴리(옥시알킬렌)글리콜의 모노알킬 또는 모노아릴 에테르, 또는 이들 중 어떤 것의 혼합물인 오일 조성물.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 아실화제 (E-1)와 알코올 (E-2)을 반응시킴으로써 제조된 카르복실산 에스테르 유도체 조성물(E)을, (E-3) 최소한 하나의 HN〈기를 함유하는 최소한 하나의 아민과 반응시키는 오일 조성물.
  27. (A) 윤활 점도의 오일 다량, (B) (B-1)n 값이 1300 내지 약 5000이고w/n 값이 약 2 내지 약 4.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리알켄으로부터 유도된 치환체기와 숙신산기로 이루어져 있으며, 그 구조 내에 치환체기 각각의 당량에 대해 평균적으로 최소한 1.3의 숙신산기가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 최소한 하나의 치환된 숙신산 아실화제 1당량 당 (B-2) 그 구조내에 최소한 하나의 HN〈기가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 최소한 하나의 아민 화합물 약 0.5당량-약 2몰을 반응시킴으로써 제조된, 최소한 하나의 카르복실산 유도체 조성물 최소한 2.5중량%, 및 (C) 디히드로카르빌 포스포로디티오 산의 금속염의 혼합물 약 0.05-약 5중량%(여기에서, 최소한 하나의 디히드로카르빌 포스포로디티오산에 있어서, 히드로카르빌기중 하나 (C-1)는 이소프로필기이고, 다른 히드로카르빌기 (C-2)는 최소한 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하며, (C)에 존재하는 히드로카르빌기 모두의 최소한 약 20몰%는 이소프로필기임)을 포함하는, 내부 연소 엔진을 위한 윤활유 조성물.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 히드로카르빌기 모두의 최소한 25몰%가 이소프로필기인 오일 조성물.
  30. 제28항에 있어서, 히드로카르빌기 모두의 최소한 30몰%가 이소프로필기인 오일 조성물.
  31. 제28항에 있어서, (B)에서의 Mn값이 최소한 약 1500인 오일 조성물.
  32. 제28항에 있어서, (B)에서의 최환체기가 폴리부텐으로부터 유도되고 부텐으로부터 유도된 전체 단위체 중 최소한 약 50%는 이소부텐으로부터 유되는 오일 조성물.
  33. 제28항에 있어서, 아민 (B-2)이 지방족, 환식 지방족 또는 방향족 폴리아민의 오일 조성물.
  34. 제28항에 있어서, 아민 (B-2)이 히드록시치환 모노아민, 폴리아민, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 오일 조성물.
  35. 제28항에 있어서, 아실화제가, 그 구조내에 치환체기 각각의 당량에 대해 최소한 약 1.5-약 2.5 숙신산기가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오일 조성물.
  36. 제28항에 잇어서, 다른 히드로카르빌기 (C-2)가 약 6- 약 13 개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 일차지방족기인 오일 조성물.
  37. 제28항에 있어서, (C)에서의 금속이 아연, 구리, 또는 아연과 구리의 혼합물인 오일 조성물.
  38. 제28항에 있어서, (C)에서의 금속이 아연인 오일 조성물.
  39. 제28항에 있어서, (C)에서의 최소한 하나의 금속염이, 최소한 30몰%의 이소프로필 알코올 및 약 6- 약 13개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 최소한 하나의 일차 지방족 알코올을 포함하는 알코올 혼합물과 오황화인을 반응시킴으로써 제조된 디히드로카르빌 포스포로디티오 산으로부터 유도되는 오일 조성물.
  40. 제28항에 있어서, (D) 최소한 하나의 산성 유기 화합물의, 최소한 하나의 중성 또는 염기성 알칼리토금속 염을 함유하는 오일 조성물.
