Claims (14)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)을 가지는 화합물 및 약리학적으로 활성인 그의 염위 식에서, R1은 할로겐 또는 수소이고, R2는 할로겐이며; X는 산소, 황 또는 메틸렌이고; R3및 R4는 같거나 다르며 수소 및 저급 알킬가운데 선택하고; n은 2 또는 3이고; A는 다음 피리미딜 및 피리딜 가운데 선택하되,R5는 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 할로겐 가운데서 선택하며; R6및 R7은 같거나 다르고 수소, 할로겐, 저급아킬과, 저급 알콕시 또는 히드록시와 같은 전자 수체(donor) 및 시아노, 니트로, 트리플루오로메틸, COOR8, CONR9및 R10또는 CO-B와 같은 전자 섭수체(acceptor)가운데 선택하고 R8은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고; RY및 R10은 같거나 다르며 수소, 저급 알킬 및 시클로알킬 가운데 선택한다.B는 다음 중에서 선택하되,위 식에서, m은 1,2,3, 또는 4이고; R11은 수소 또는 저급 알킬 가운데 선택한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1은 수소이고, R2는 할로겐, 바람직하게는 플루오로인 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, n=2인 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R3및 R4는 수소 또는 메틸, 바람직하게는 수소인 화합물.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, A가 다음과 같은 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, R6는 수소, 알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, 알콕시, 아미드, 히르록시, 카르복시, 니트로 또는 시아노기이고, R7은 수소, 알킬, 알콕시, 히드로시, 니트로, 할로겐, 카르복시, 시아노 또는 아미노기인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, X는 산소 또는 메틸렌인 화합물.
- 제5항에 있어서, R6은 수소, 알킬, 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, R7은 알콕시, 수소, 히드록시, 카르복시, 니트로, 할로겐, 시아노 또는 아미드기이며 R6은 3-위치에 자리하는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느한 항에 있어서, X가 산소인 화합물.
- 제6항에 있어서, R6은 수소이고 R7은 수소, 시아노, 니트로, 알콕시, 알킬, 히드록시 또는 아미드 치환체인 화합물.
- 제7항에 있어서, R7은 아미드, 히드록시, 수소, 메틸, 시아노 또는 메톡시 치환체인 화합물.
- 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)을 가지는 화합물 및 약리학적으로 활성인 그의 염의 제조방법에 있어서,위 식에서, R1은 할로겐 또는 수소이고, R2는 할로겐이며; X는 산소, 황 또는 메틸렌이고; R3및 R4는 같거나 다르며 수소 및 저급 알킬 가운데 선택하고; n은 2또는 3이고; A는 다음 피리미딜 및 피리딜 가운데 선택하되,R5는 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 할로겐 가운데서 선택하며; R6및 R7은 같거나 다르고 수소, 할로겐, 저급 알킬과, 저급 알콕시 또는 히드록시와 같은 전자 수체(donor) 및 시아노, 니트로, 트리플루오로메틸, COOR8, CONR9R10또는 CO-B와 같은 전자 섭수체(acceptor)가운데 선택하고; R8은 수소 또는 저급 알킬이고; R9및 R10은 같거나 다르며 수소, 저급 알킬 및 시클로알킬 가운데 선택한다.B는 다음 중에서 선택하되,위 식에서, m은 1,2,3 도는 4이고; R11은 수소 또는 저급 알킬 가운데 선택한다)R1및 R2는 상기 정의한 바와같고 Y는 이탈기인 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 R3, R4, n 및 A가 상기 정의한 바와같은 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)을 가지는 화합물을 반응시키거나, R1, R2, R3, R4및 n이 상기 정의한 바와같은 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 R5, R6및 R7이 상기 정의한 바와 같으며 Z가 이탈기인 다음 식(Ⅴ),(Ⅵ) 또는 (Ⅶ)을 가지는 화합물을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)을 가지는 화합물 및 약리학적으로 활성인 그의 염의 제조방법.
- 활성적인 성분으로서 일반식(Ⅰ)을 가지는 화합물을 하나 이상 포함하며, 바람직하게는 제약학상 적합한 담체 및 원한다면 그 밖의 약리학상 활성인 약품을 함께 포함하는 제약 조성물.
- 일반식(Ⅰ)을 가지는 화합물을 정신 질환으로 고통받는 동물 생체에 투여함을 포함하는 정신질환으로 고통받는 동물의 치료방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
