제 1 도는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예를 도시한 전체구성도.
제 2 도(I)은 본 발명의 제 2 실시예를 도시한 전체 구성도. 제 2 도(II) 및 제 2 도(III)은 유량제어밸브의 작동을 도시한 단면도.
제 3 도는 본 발명의 제 3 실시예를 도시한 전체구성도.

Claims (7)

  1. 마스터실린더와 차륜브레이크를 잊는 주유로로부터 분기하고, 이 분기점보다도 상류쪽(즉 마스터 실린더쪽)의 귀환점에서부터 주유로로 작동액을 귀환시키는 환류로와, 상기 환류로에 착설되고, 작동액을 환류시키는 펌프와, 상기 분기점에 위치하고 차륜브레이크로부터 작동액을 환류로에 배출시킴으로서 차륜브레이크의 브레이크압력을 감압하고, 또, 상기 주유로로부터 차륜브레이크에 작동액을 공급하므로서 차륜브레이크의 브레이크압력을 가압시키는 조압수단, 을 가진 안티록용 모듈레이터에 있어서, 상기 마스터시린더와 접속되는 제 1 포오트와 상기 펌프의 토출구와 접속되는 제 2 포오트를 가지는 액실과, 상기 액실내에 수납되고, 연직상하방향으로 이동가능하고, 통상은 중력을 받아서 연직아래쪽에 위치하고, 상기 펌프가 작동하면 이 펌프의 토출액류에 의해 연직위쪽으로 이동하는 유동자를 가지며, 유동자가 연칙위쪽으로 이동하므로서 상기 마스터실린더와 상기 귀환점과의 사이의 주유로의 유로면적이 감소하도록 구성되는 액로면적절환 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록용 모듈레이터.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 포오트가 상기 귀환점에 접속되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록용 모듈레이터.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액실의 연직위쪽에 상기 제 1 포오트, 아래쪽에 상기 제 2 포오트를 형성하는 동시에 양포오트의 중간에 제 3 포오트를 배치하고, 상기 액실의 상기 귀환점으로서 구성되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록용 모듈레이터.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 유동자가 통상은 상기 제 3 포오트보다도 연직아래쪽에 위치하고, 상기 펌프의 작동시에 유동자가 제 3 포오트를 넘어서 연직아래쪽으로 이동하도록 구성되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록용 모듈레이터.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 포오트가 상기 액실의 상부, 상기 제 1 의 포오트근방에 형성되고, 상기 펌프의 작동시에 유동자가 이동하였을때, 상기 유동자가 마스터 실린더로부터 감소된 유로면적을 경유해서 상기 조압수단에 유입하는 액로를 방해하는 일이 없도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록용 모듈레이터.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 액실과 펌프와의 사이에 펌프에서부터 액실로 향하는 방향을 순방향으로 책밸브를 배설하는 동시에, 상기 펌프의 토출구와 책밸브와의 사이에 저강성의 압력흡수수단을 착설한 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록용 모듈레이터.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 책밸브의 밸브체가 상기 유동자이며, 통상시에, 유동자가 상기 액실의 연직아래 쪽에 존재하므로서 밸브실에서부터 제 3 포오트로 향하는 액을 차단시키고, 상기 책밸브를 구성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 안티록용 모듈레이터.
