Claims (6)
- 튜브(4) 단부가 연결된 입구측을 가지며 원자로 냉각수를 수용하는 물상자(6) 벽을 형성하는 튜브판(5)을 통과하는 구멍 내측에서 단부가 굴곡된 관(2) 다발을 가지며, 물상자 내측에 배치되어 탐침을 튜브 또는 다발 내측에 배치될 수 있게 하는 취급 장치(13,14)의 도움으로 물상자측으로부터 튜브 내측으로 삽입된 적어도 하나의 초음파 탐침(18)을 포함하는 감지수단을 사용하여 검사를 수행하는 가압수형 원자로의 증기 발생기 튜브(4) 내측의 원주 용접부(63,64) 초음파 비파괴 검사장치에 있어서, 한 단부는 물상자 외측에 배치된 구역(20) 내에 있고 다른 단부는 취급수단(13)에 의해 지지된 관형 탐침 안내기(16)에 연결된 가용성 파이프(15) 단부로부터 나오며 가용성 파이프(15) 내측에 미그럼 가능하게 설치된 외치(21)와, 한 단부는 돌출 회전 구동부(47)와 일체로 되어 있고 다른 단부는 물상자(6) 외측에서 그 축선에 대해 회전할 때 부덴 케이블을 구동하는 수단(24)에 연결된, 외피(21) 내측에서 축선에 대해 회전 가능하게 설치된 부덴 케이블(22)과 안내 부시(45)의 탬부(45a) 내측에 결합된 나사부(50a)와, 부덴 케이블(22)이 회전하게 함으로써 회전 및 축방향 이동 중 탐침 지지체(50)를 구동하도록 회전 구동부(47)의 단면에 대응하는 형태의 개구(51)와, 검사할 튜브 구역에 결합 액체를 공급하고 결합 액체를 회수하는 수단(36,37,38,39,40)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 멈춤부(41)는 외피(21) 축선 방향을 따라 조절될 수 있는 위치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관형 탐침 안내기(16)는 외피(21)상에 고정된 멈춤부(41)에 대한 맞닿음면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관형 탐침 안내기(16)는 탐침(18) 측경용의 튜브(65)를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탐침 지지체(50)는 유니버설 조인트(55)에 의해 결합되고 축선 방향으로 병행 배치된 적어도 두 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단부에 설치된 탐침(18), 부덴 케이블(22) 및 이 부덴 케이블(22) 중앙부에 배치되어 감지수단의 신호를 전달하는 적어도 하나의 동축 케이블(26)을 포함하는 외피로 구성되는 동축 조립체가, 물상자(6) 외측에 배치된 단부에서 스프링 장치(15′)와 일체로 파이프(15) 내측에서 축선 방향 미끄럼 변위를 스스로 하게 하는 장치(32)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 검사장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
