Description

자동차용 시이트 조립체 및 시이트 조립체를 자동차내에 설치하는 방법

제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 시이트 조립체의 지지틀을 잡은 로봇 아암이 도어 개방부를 통해서 시이트 조립체를 자동차 바닥판에 놓고 있는, 조립중에 있는 차체의 사시도,
제 2 도는 제 2 로봇 아암이 배치된 시이트 조립체를 자동차 바닥판에 부착시키고 있는 제 1 도와 유사한 사시도, 제 3 도는 시이트 쿠션이 지지들과 잠금 결합하는 아랫쪽을 회전하는, 제 1 도 및 제 2 도와 유사한 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 시이트 조립체를 자동차에 부착시키는 지지틀 ; 상기 시이트 조립체를 상기 자동차에 부착시키기 위해서 위에서부터 상기 지지틀에 접근 가능한 설치위치로부터, 상기 지지틀 위헤서 대체로 수평한 작동 위치로 이동가능한 시이트 쿠션 ; 및 이 쿠션이 상기 설치 위치로부터 상기 작동 위치로 이동하는 것에 응답하여서 상기 쿠션을 상기 작동위치로 고정시키는, 상기 쿠션 및 상기 지지틀에 있는 협력수단 ; 으로 구성되는 자동차용 시이트 조립체.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시이트 쿠션이 상기 지지틀에 회전가능하게 부착되고 상기 설치 위치로부터 상기 작동 위치로 회전하여 이동가능한, 자동차용 시이트 조립체.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 지지틀과 상기 쿠션이 각기 후단부들을 가지며, 상기 쿠션과 상기 틀의 후미에서 상기 쿠션이 상기 지지틀에 부착되는, 자동차용 시이트 조립체.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 지지틀의 후단부에서 위로 연장하는 등받이 시이트를 더 포함하고, 상기 시이트 쿠션이 상기 지지틀에서부터, 상기 등받이 시이트 앞쪽에 있고 이 등받이 시이트에 대체로 평행한 평면으로 상향 연장하는 자동차용 시이트 조립체.
  5. 시이트 조립체를 자동차에 부착시키는 지지틀 ; 설치 위치에서 작동 위치로 이동가능한 시이트 쿠션 ; 및 이 시이트 쿠션이 상기 작동위치로 이동함에 응답하여 상기 쿠션을 상기 작동위치로 고정시키는, 상기 쿠션과 상기 지지틀에 있는 협력수단 ; 을 갖는 시이트 조립체를 자동차내에 설치하는 방법으로서, 상기 시이트 조립체를 상기 자동차내에 놓는 단계와; 상기 지지틀을 상기 자동차에 부착시키는 단계와; 상기 설치 위치에서 상기 작동 위치로 상기 시이트 쿠션을 이동시켜서 상기 협력수단이 상기 쿠션을 상기 작동위치로 고정시키는 단계와 ; 로 구성되는 시이트 조립체를 자동차내에 설치하는 방법.
