제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 나타내는 전체 공정도.
제2도는 도장물인 자동차용 보디가 회전되는 것에 수반하는 자세변화의 상태를 나타내는 도.
제3도는 도료의 두께와 흘러내림과 도장면의 평활도와 회전과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (1)

  1. 도장물(W)에 흘러내림 한계이상의 막두께가 되도록 도료를 분사한후, 도장물(W)의 도장면에 흘러내림이 발생되지 않고 경화될 때까지 도장물(W)을 수평축선(l)둘레에 회전시키는 도장방법으로, 전기의 도장물(W)에 분사 도료의 점도가 18초이하(포오드컵 #4, 20℃)로 되며 그 도료에 함유되는 용제에 비점 110℃이하의 낮은 비점용제가 함유되어서 그 낮은 비점용재는 전체 용제 중 50중량%이상 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장방법.
