Claims (8)

  1. 폴리-[α-히드록시(아크릴 및/또는 크로톤)산]의 폴리락톤을 제조하는데 있어서, 알킬아크릴레이트 또는 알킬크로토네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물을 상응하는 2,3-디클로로프로피온산 알킬에스테르 또는 2,3-디클로로 부탄산 알킬에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물로 염소화처리하는 단계 및 생성된 2,3-디클로로프로피온산 알킬에스테르 또는 2,3-디클로로부탄산 알킬에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 수성염기로 처리하여 탈수소염소화시키고, 이어서 상응하는 염으로 전화시킨 후, 산성 조건들하에서 산성화 및 중합반응 및 폴리-[α-히드록시(아크릴 및/또는 크로톤)산]의 폴리락톤으로 전환시키는 단계들로 이루어지며, 이때 상술한 공정을 중간생성물을 분리함이 없이 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴산 알킬에스테르 또는 크로톤산 알킬에스테르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 염소화 촉매로서 사용되는 MN - 치환된 카르복실산 아미드 존재하에 염소화 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탈수소염소화처리 및 염형태로의 전환반응을 알칼리 금속수산화물 또는 암모늄 수산화물의 수용액 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 산성화처리를 pH 1 내지 5로 만들 수 있는 강유기 또는 무기산을 첨가하여 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수득된 폴리락톤을 수성염기를 사용하여 상응하는 폴리-(α-히드록시-카르복실레이트)로 가수분해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리락톤을 모액으로부터 분리함이 없이 가수분해함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 특히 실시예 1 내지 7중 어느 한곳에 기술한 방법.
  8. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 특히 실시예8에 기술한 방법.
