Claims (13)
- 위에서부터 병을 집어넣고 위로 꺼낼수 있는 최소한 2개의 병(4) 수용부(3)를 가진 기본몸체(1)로 이루어진 테이블위상의 병 분배기에 있어서, 모든 병에 동시에 작용하는 잠금장치(16)는, 잠금장치(16)의 돌출부(17,20)가 병의 단면 축소부(11) 또는 오목부내로 끼워짐으로써 병이 병 분배기 밖으로 떨어지는 것을 방지하는 잠금위치와, 병이 병 분배기 내로 집어 넣어지고 그것으로부터 꺼내질수 있는 인출위치를 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블위에 놓기 위한 병 분배기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용부(3)는 중앙 수직축(2)을 중심으로 고른 가격으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 잠금장치(16)는 병(4)이 잠금위치에서 병목이 밖으로 기울어진 위치를 취하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 잠금장치(16)는 기본 몸체(1)의 상부영역에 배치된, 수직축을 중심으로 회전가능한 별모양부(12)를 가지며, 별모양부(12)의 돌출부(13) 및 오목부(14)의 수는 병의 수용부(3)의 수와 일치하고 별모양부(12)의 돌출부(13)는 병의 윤곽의 상부 부분에 있는 단면 축소부 또는 오목부 내로 끼워지거나 병의 몸체로부터 목까지의 부분상에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 잠금장치(16)는 상부 별모양부(12)와 하부 별모양부(10)를 포함하며, 이것들은 기본몸체(1)의 중앙구멍(7)내에 회전가능하게 지지되어 있는 연결축(8)에 의해 서로 연결되어 있고, 상부 별모양부(12)의 돌출부(13)는 병이 잠금위치에서 외부로 기울어진 위치를 취하게 하며, 하부 별모양부(10)의 돌출부(17)는 병의 하부면(5) 바로위에 있는 병(4)의 오복부 또는 단면 축소부내로 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 별모양부의 돌출부(13,17)가 볼록하게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 별모양부의 돌출부(13,17)가 오목하게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제5내지 7항을 어느한항에 있어서, 병 분배기내의 병위로 돌출한 핸들(15)이 상부 별모양부(12)와 단단히 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 핸들은 병모양으로 형성되고 상부 별모양부(12)의 상부면과 회전되지 않도록 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 잠금장치(16)는 수직축(2)을 중심으로 회전가능한 링(19)을 포함하고, 상기링(19)는 병 분개기의 수용부(3)와 같은 수의, 내부로 향한 돌출부(18)을 가지며, 병(4)의 하부면(5)은 잠금위치에서 돌출부(18)에 의해 내부로 압축되고, 병의 하부면(5)위에 상응하는 단면 축소부 또는 오목부(11)내로 끼워지는 기본몸체(1)의 모서리(20)에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 링(19)은 기본몸체(1)에 대한 지지부를 형성하고, 두부분은 서로 회전가능하며, 이로인해 병에 대한 인출위치 및 잠금위치가 조절될수 있는 것을 특징으로하는 병 분배기.
- 전술한 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 잠금장치(16)는 정지장치(24)에 의해 인출위치와 잠금위치에 정지될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.
- 제5항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잠금장치(16)의 돌출부(17,20)는 병(4)의 하부면(5) 바로위의 단면 축서부 도는 오목부(11)내로 끼워질수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병 분배기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
