Claims (16)

  1. 자기저장매질에서 영상신호를 복사하기 위한 장치에 있어서, a) 상기 기억장소에서 자기저장매질에 영상신호를 자기적으로 기록하기 위한 상기 기억장소의 첫번째에 기록하는 장치와; b) 기록을 위해 상기 기록장치에 외부적으로 가해진 영상신호를 지향하기 위한 입력장치와; c) 상기 두번째 기억장소에서 자기 저장매질로부터 영상신호를 출력하기 위한 상기 기억장소의 두번째에 녹화재생장치와; d) 만약 미리선택된 신호부분이 상기 두번째 기억장소에서 자기 저장매질에 결정되기 위한 검파기와; e) 상기 기록장치를 상기 영상신호 복사로부터 방지하기 위한 금지신호 발생에 의해 상기 미리 선택된 신호부분의 존재를 상기 검파기에 반응하는 신호발생장치와 자기매체를 위해 하나이상의 연산기억장소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 만약 상기 미리 선택된 신호부분이 상기 녹화재생장치에 의해 출력되는 영상신호에 상기 미리 선택된 신호부분의 유·무를 검파함으로서 상기 두번째 기억장소에서 상기 두번째 자기 저장매질의 데이타에 의해 정의된다면 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검파기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 녹화재생장치로부터 상기 영상신호출력과 외부적으로 가해진 영상신호를 위한 상기 입력장치 상기 기록장치에 교번적으로 연결되기 위한 스위칭장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기록장치는 상기 외부입력장치에 연결되거나 혹은 상기 녹화재생장치의 출력영상신호에 연결되는 것을 지시하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 만약 상기 녹화재생장치로부터 영상신호출력에 의해 정의된 프로그램이 상기 기록장치에 영상신호 입력에 의해 정의된 프로그램과 같다면 결정을 위한 영상 상관기장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제5항의 장치에 있어서, 같은 전압레벨에 상기 영상신호의 부분을 클램핑하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제5항의 장치에 있어서, 만약 상기 영상신호의 전압사이의 차가 미리 결정된 범위의 밖에 있다면 결정되어지기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상상관기.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검파기는 상기 기억장소에서 상기 전압레벨의 존재를 검파하고 원하는 화면을 생성하기 위해 상기 영상신호에 의해 정상적으로 요구되지 않는 기억장소에서 전압레벨을 갖는 신호분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미리 선택된 신호분.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 미리 선택된 신호분을 갖는 기억장소는 상기 영상신호의 수직귀선소거기간동안 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  10. 제8항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 기억 장소에서 상기 전압레벨의 존재를 검파하기 위한 전압첨두검파기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검파기.
  11. a) 상기 기억장소에서 자기 저장 매질에 영상신호를 자기적으로 기록하기 위한 상기 기억장소의 첫번째에 기록하는 장치를 제공하는 단계와; b) 기록을 위해 상기 기록장치에 외부적으로 가해진 영상신호를 지향하기 위한 입력장치를 제공하는 단계와; c) 상기 두번째 기억장소에서 자기 저장매질로부터 영상신호를 출력하기 위한 상기 기억장소의 두번째에 녹화재생장치를 제공하는 단계와; d) 만약 상기 미리 선택된 신호분이 상기 두번째 기억장소에서 자기 저장매질에 존재한다면 결정하는 단계와; e) 상기 미리 선택된 신호분이 상기 저항매질에 존재할때 상기 기록장치를 상기 영상신호 복사로부터 방지하는 금지신호를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 미리 선택된 신호분을 갖는 영상신호를 자기매체를 위해 한 연산적 기억장소이상을 갖는 기계에 의해 한 자기 매질에서 다른 것으로 복사되는 것을 방지하기 위한 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기록장치, 상기 녹화재생장치로부터 상기 영상신호출력과 외부적으로 공급된 영상신호를 위한 상기 입력장치에 교번적으로 연결되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 만약 상기 녹화재생장치로부터 영상신호출력에 의해 정의된 프로그램이 상기 기록장치에 영상신호 입력에 의해 정의된 프로그램과 같다면 결정되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 미리 선택된 신호분이 상기 기억장소에서 상기 전압레벨의 존재를 검파하는 단계를 포함하고 요구된 화상을 생성하기 위해 상기 영상신호에 의해 정상적으로 요구되지 않는 기억장소에서 전압레벨을 갖는 신호분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 미리 선택된 신호를 갖는 상기 기억장소는 상기 영상신호의 수직귀선소거기간동안 일어남을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 미리 선택된 신호분을 갖는 외부적으로 가한 영상신호의 상기 기록수단에 의해 기록이 방지되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
