Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 디지탈 VCR의 아날로그 출력단자를 사용하여 더빙을 수행하는 때에, 자료의 저작권을 확실하게 보호함과 동시에. 자료의 카피세대 등의 정보도 알도록 하는 것이다.
구성에 있어서, 디지탈VCR(1)에서 재생된 시스템 자료는 시스템 자료처리회로(6)에 공급된다. 시스템 자료처리회로(6)는 공급된 자료에 기초하여 CP신호 발생기(10)나 VBID발생기(11)에 제어신호를 공급한다. CP신호나 VBID가 기록단축 디지탈 VCR(20) 및 아날로그 VCR(40)에 공급된다.디지탈 VCR(20)의 VBID검출기(22)에서는 VBID가 검출된다.또한 아날로그 VCR(40)에서는 아날로그 비디오 출력중에 CP신호가 있는 경우, AGC회로(41)가 교란된다.

Claims (7)
- 기록매체상에 화상신호, 음성신호, 부수정보신호가 기록되고 최소한 부수정보로서 저적권 정보가 기록되어 있는 기록매체를 재생하는 재생장치에 있어서, 상기 기록매체에 기록된 신호를 재생하는 재생하는 재생수단과 상기 재생수단에서 재생된 부수정보신호중에서 저적권 정보를 검출하는 수단 및 검출된 상기 저작권 정보에 의해 재생된 화상신호의 수직귀선 소거 기간에 저작권 보호용 신호를 삽입해서 출력하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록매체에 기록된 상기 화상신호, 음성신호 및 부수정보신호는 디지탈 신호이고, 상기 재생수단에 의해 재생된 화상음선신호의 아날로그 출력신호의 수직 귀선 소거 기간에 상기 저작권 보호용 신호가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기록매체상에 기록된 저작권 정보는 저작권의 유무정보와 기록된 화상 음성신호가 오리지날인가 아닌가를 료시하는 정보인 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 저작권 보호 신호는 의사동기펄스와 정펄스의 복수페어로 형성되는 것이고, 상기 아날로그 신호의 수직 귀선 소거기간의 복수 라인에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저작권 보호용 신호는 상기 기록매체에 기록된 저작권 정보인 저작권의 유무 정보와 기록된 화상 음성 신호가 오리지날인가 아닌가를 표시하는 정보이고, 소정의 라인에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록매체는 화상신호를 기록하는 제1의 에어리어, 음성신호를 기록하는 제2의 에어리어, 화상에 부수 정보를 기록하는 제3의 에어리어 및 음성에 부수 정보를 기록하는 제4의 에어리어로 분할되어 있고 상기 저작권 정보는 상기 제3 및 제4의 에어리어에 각각 독립적으로 기록되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 재생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 의사 동기 펄스와 정펄스의 복수 페어로 형성되는 제1의 저작권 보호용 신호를 상기 아날로그 출력신호의 수직 귀선 소거 기간의 복수 라인에 삽입함과 동시에 상기 기록매체에 기록된 저작권정보인 저작권의 유무 정보와 기록된 화상음성 신호가 오리지날인가 아닌가를 표시하는 정보를 상기 복수라인 이외의 라인에 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 재생장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
