Description
Claims (9)
- 부호화된 화상 신호를 위한 화상 기록 영역과 팩으로 구성된 보조 정보를 위한 보조 기록 영역을 포함하는 포맷을 이용해 다수의 디지탈 화상 신호를 기록 매체상에 기록 및 재생하고, 입력 화상 신호를 인코딩하는 단계, 인코드된 입력 화상 신호를 화상 기록 영역에 기록하는 단계, 상기 입력 화상 신호에 대한 복사 방지를 확실히 하도록 보조 정보 팩에 방해 신호를 발생 플래그를 제공하는 단계, 상기 보조 기록 영역에 상기 방해 신호발생 플래그를 기록하는 단계, 아날로그 비디오 신호를 회복하도록 기록된 화상 신호와 방해 신호 발생 플래그를 재생하는 단계, 및 그에 이어지는 기록을 방해하도록 상기 아날로그 비디오 신호에 상기 재생된 방해 신호 발생 플래그의 함수인 방해 신호를 삽입하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방해 신호가 상기 아날로그 비디오 신호의 수직 공백 주기에 삽입되는가 여부를 나타내도록 또 다른 플래그를 제공하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방해 신호가 자동 이득 제거(AGC) 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방해 신호가 칼라 스트라이프 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 부호화된 화상 신호를 위한 화상 기록 영역과 팩으로 구성된 보조 정보를 위한 보조 기록 영역을 포함하는 포맷을 이용해 다수의 디지탈 화상 신호를 기록 매체상에 기록 및 재생하고, 입력 화상 신호를 인코딩하는 수단, 인코드된 입력 화상 신호를 부호화된 화상 신호를 위한 상기 화상 기록 영역에 기록하는 수단, 상기 입력 화상 신호에 대한 복사 방지를 확실히 하도록 보조 정보 팩에 방해 신호 발생 플래그를 제공하는 수단, 상기 보조 기록 영역에 상기 방해 신호 발생 플래그를 기록하는 수단, 아날로그 비디오 신호를 회복하도록 기록된 화상 신호와 방해 신호 발생 플래그를 재생하는 수단, 및 그에 이어지는 기록을 방해하도록 상기 아날로그 비디오 신호에 상기 재생된 방해 신호 발생 플래그의 함수인 방해 신호를 삽입하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방해 신호가 상기 아날로그 비디오 신호의 수직 공백 주기에 삽입되는가 여부를 나타내도록 또 다른 플래그를 제공하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 디지털 인터페이스를 통해 상기 방해 신호 발생 플래그를 전달하는 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방해 신호가 자동 이득 제어(AGC) 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방해 신호가 칼라 스트라이프 신호인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
