Claims (7)

  1. 커넥터(1)에 장착된 광학 장치(7)의 광학면(9)과 인접하여 광섬유(6)의 광학면(8)을 유지하도록 광섬유(6)에 축방향 힘을 가하여 커넥터(1)의 통로(4)에 광섬유(6)를 조립하는 방법에 있어서, 광섬유(6)의 인접 광학면(8,9)과 광학 장치(7) 사이에 압력을 가하기 위해 광섬유(6)의 만곡을 제한하지 않고 광섬유(6)에 축방향힘을 가해 광섬유(6)의 길이를 따라 만곡을 형성하는 단계와, 인접 광학면(8,9)사이에 압력을 유지하도록 커넥터(1)에 광섬유를 고정시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 조립 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 인접 광학면(8,9)사이의 압력에 반응하여 광섬유(6)를 만곡시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 조립 방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 커넥터(1)내에서 광섬유(6)를 삽입하기 전 광섬유(6)를 곧게 하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 조립 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 광섬유(6)의 대응 후방부(6A)를 크램핑하는 단계와, 인접 광학면(8,9)사이에 압력을 가하도록 후방부(6A)에 의해서 광섬유(6)를 광학 장치(7)로 향하도록 하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광섬유 조립 방법.
  5. 커넥터(1)안에 광섬유(6)를 삽입하고, 광섬유(6)에 만곡을 형성하고, 광섬유(6)에 축방향 힘을 가하여 광섬유(6)의 인접 광학면(8,9)과 커넥터(1)에 장착된 광학 장치(7)사이에 압력을 가하게 되는 장치에 있어서, 베이스(12)와, 커넥터(1)에 장착된 광학 장치와 함께 광섬유(6)를 정렬 및 움직이도록 광섬유(6)를 수용하는 베이스(12)내에 있는 통로(15)와, 베이스(12)에 있는 통로(15)와 직선으로 정렬하지 않은 광섬유(6)에 만곡을 형성하는 제 1수단(30)과, 상기 제 1수단(30)에 의한 광섬유(6)의 제한없는 만곡을 허락하기 위한 제 1수단에 인접한 리세스와, 광섬유의 축방향 길이와 커넥터(1)를 따라, 그리고 커넥터(1)에 장착된 광학 장치(7)를 향해 광섬유(6)를 이동시키기 위해 광섬유(6)를 크램핑하는 크램프(25,27)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 1수단(30)은 베이스(12)의 통로(15)와 직전으로 정렬되어 장착된 핀인 것을 특징으로 한는 장치.
  7. 제 5항 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 베이스(12)의 통로(15)는 직선이며, 크램프(25,27)는 베이스(12)의 통로(15)내에서 광섬유(6)를 수축시키도록 베이스(12)의 통로 후방부를 향해 축방향으로 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
