제2도 내지 제3도는 본 발명의 이온교환 조성물로된 관층전물(column packing)을 통하여 음이온 혼합물을 용리시킬 때 얻어지는 크로마토그람이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 평균입자크기가 약 2-50미크론이며 분질적으로 이온교환 용량을 갖지 않은 물불용성 소수성 지지입자 및 상기 지지입자의 표면에 소수결합되며, 평균입자크기가 상기 지지입자의 크기보다 작으며 약 0.01-10미크론 범위며, 물불용성 소수성 이온교환 관능화된 입자로 된, 코팅제를 포함하는 복합 이온교환 조성물.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지입자는 유기 혹은 무기물질에서 선택되고 상기 표면입자는 수지라텍스에서 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지입자는 단순분산 수지라텍스에서 유도되며 상기 표면입자는 스티렌 혹은 아크릴 수지 라텍스에서 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지입자는 평균입자크기가 약 3-12미크론인 수지라텍스에서 유도되며, 상기 표면입자는 평균입자크기가 약 0.05-1.2미크론인 수지라텍스에서 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  5. 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지입자 겔상(gelular) 혹은 큰 그물상 수지를 포함하며, 상기 표면입자는 하나 혹은 그 이상의 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체 및 이에 대한 교차결합단량체의 라텍스에서 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  6. 5항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체는 비닐방향족, 단량체, 아크릴 단량체 혹은 그 혼합물에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  7. 5항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체는 스티렌 단량체 이며, 교차결합 단량체는 디비닐벤젠임을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  8. 5항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체는 아크릴 단량체이며, 상기 교차결합단량체는 디비닐벤젠임을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  9. 5항에 있어서, 상기 표면입자를 포함하는 라텍스는 스티렌계 단량체, 아크릴 단량체 및 디비닐벤젠의 혼합물에서 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  10. 9항에 있어서, 상기 스틸렌 단량체는 스틸렌이며, 아크릴 단량체는 디메틸 아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트임을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  11. 1항에 있어서, 상기 지지입자는, 초기단계 중합물(polymerizarte)이 1 혹은 그 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 에멀션 중합시킴으로써 제조된 종자(seed) 입자를 포함하며, 하나 혹은 그 이상의 연속단계는 상기 초기단계의 종자입자의 존재하에 하나 혹은 그 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체를 중합시킴으로써 제조되는 입자를 포함하는 연쇄중합에 의한 다단계 수지 라텍스로부터 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  12. 11항에 있어서, 상기 초기단계 단량체는 스티렌계 단량체, 아크릴 단량체 혹은 그 혼합물로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 이온교환 조성물.
  13. 청구범위 1항의 복합 이온교환 조성물을 채운 튜브형 본체를 포함하는 크로마토그라프관(chromatographic column).
  14. 청구범위 2항의 복합 이온교환 조성물을 채운 튜브형 본체를 포함하는 크로마토그라프관.
  15. 청구범위 3항의 복합 이온교환 조성물을 채운 튜브형 본체를 포함하는 크로마토그라프관.
