Claims (12)
- 적어도 하나의 규소원자가 및 적어도 하나의 질소원자가 단위 사이의 결합을 제공하여 직쇄, 측쇄 또는 고리형 쇄의 배열을 형성하는 하기식(Ⅰ)의 단위로 구성되며.규소유효 원자가의 적어도 일부는 수소원자 및/ 또는 불포화 지방족 탄화수소기에 결합되고, 규소 및 질소의 남은 원자가는 수소원자, 탄소수 18이하의 불포화 지방족 탄화수소기 또는 알킬, 시클로알킬, 모노-또는 폴리시클릭아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬기에 결합될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 200 내지 50,000사이, 바람직하게는 400 내지 10,000사이임을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 규소 및 질소원자의 치환제가 수소나 불포화 지방족 탄화수소기를 나타내지 않을 경우, 그 치환체가 탄소수 1~8의 포화 지방족 탄화수소, 탄소수 3~7의 지방족 고리기 및 페닐, 벤질, 페닐에틸, 톨릴, 크실릴 또는 나프틸기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리실라잔.
- 하기식(Ⅱ)의 할로실란 1종 이상을 하기식(Ⅲ)의 히드라진 1종 이상과 반응시키는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 따르는 폴리실라잔의 제조방법.[식중, Y는 할로겐원자, 특히 염소를 나타내고, a는 1 이상 4이하의 정수, 바람직하게는 약 2이며, 규소 및 질소의 자유원자가(들)은 수소원자, 불포화 지방족 탄화수소기 또는 식(Ⅰ)의 범위에서 언급된 기타 작용기중의 하나와 결합되어 있다.]
- 제4항에 있어서, 할로실란이 하기식의 화합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.SiCl4, (CH3)2SiCl2, (CH3)3SiClCH3SiCl3, (C6H5)2SiCl2, (C6H5)(CH3)SiCl2(C6H5)SiCl3, (CH3)(CH3CH2)SiCl2H2SiCl2, (CH3)2HSiCl, HSiCl3CH3(CH2=CH)SiCl2, (CH3)2(CH2=CH)SiCl(CH3)HSiCl2
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 히드라진이 비치환 히드라진(N2H4), 메틸히드라진, 에틸히드라진, 페닐히드라진, 시클로헥실히드라진, 디메틸히드라진, 디에틸히드라진, 디페닐히드라진, 디벤질히드라진, α-나프틸히드라진, 디이소프로필히드라진, 디톨릴히드라진, 디이소부틸히드라진, (디메틸페닐)히드라진 및 디(α-나프틸)히드라진으로 이루어진 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 규소원자의 몰수에 첨가된 할로겐원자 Y의 몰수보다 히드라진의 몰수가 크도록 히드라진의 양을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응이 3차 아민의 존재하에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 히드라진의 몰수가 규소원자의 몰수보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 3차 아민이 트리에틸아민, 트리메틸아민, 트리페닐아민 및 피리딘으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 섬유, 필라멘트, 분말, 필름, 장식면(facing), 플레이크, 도관, 기포체 또는 직물이나 부직물 또는 이들의 복합재료와 같은 성형품의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 따르는 폴리실라잔.
- 하기 비율(중량%)의 원소를 함유하고 : -30~70%의 Si, -2~30%의 N, -0~35%의 C, -0~25%의 O : 제11항에 따르는 성형된 폴리실라잔을 열분해함으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
