기포 콘크리이트용 형틀 및 기포 콘크리이트의 제조방법

제2도 및 제3도는 본 발명의 열차단 바닥판과 바닥판틀판의 연결구를 나타낸 일부 단면도.
제4도는 간막이벽을 갖는 본 발명의 형틀유니트의 평면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 열차단 바닥판(11)과 틀판(12); 열차단 위판(16)과; 바닥판-틀판 연결구(19)를 갖는 형틀유니트(13)를 다수개 쌓아서 구성한 기포 콘크리이트용 형틀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형틀 유니트(13)가 열차단 간막이벽(17)을 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 기포 콘크리이트용 형틀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열차단 부재가 열차단 물질(14)을 외피체(15)로 덮은 구조를 갖도록 된 것을 특징으로하는 기포 콘크리이트용 형틀.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열차단 물질(14)이 기포 플라스틱판이며, 상기 외피체(15)는 금속인 것을 특징으로하는 기포 콘크리이트용 형틀.
  5. 40~75℃의 온도 범위의 온수와 시멘트를 혼합하여, 따뜻한 시멘트 몰타르를 형성하고; 이 몰타르를 거품있는 따뜻한 기포용액과 혼합하여, 따뜻한 기포 콘크리이트 페이스트를 형성하고; 제1항의 형틀체(10)를 사용하여 이 페이스트를 경화시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 기포 콘크리이트의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 물 또는 공기와의 발열반응에 견딜수 있는 화합물을, 기포 있는 따뜻한 기포용액과 함께 따뜻한 시멘트 몰타르에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로하는 기포 콘크리이트의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 지르코늄인 것을 특징으로하는 기포 콘크리이트의 제조방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 겉면체(21)를 바닥판상에 미리 올려놓은 형틀에서 기포 콘크리이트 페이스트를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로하는 기포 콘크리이트의 제조방법.
