Abstract

The anchor has ends for securing in the walls, joined by a groove intermediate portion and is of flat material, being suitable for walls of brick or concrete blocks, with mortar thickness of approximately 10 and 2 mm respectively or walls of cast concrete, and with or without insulation material. It has holes and recesses into which the cement etc. flows so as to secure it in position in the walls (5, 7), together with a reinforcing condensate trough (4) containing water drain holes (6). The trough length is equal to the width of the gap between the walls. There are also lips which can be bent outwards in order to secure insulating material in plate, sheet, granular, foam or wool form. Markings are provided to a aid easy fitting of the insulating material on it.
