Abstract
Description
The subject of the present invention is a method for ensuring good ventilation and good insulation of the walls, comprising an outer wall and an inner wall, between which is created a void which is partially filled by a mattress or panel of insulating material intended to be applied. on the inner wall and whose thickness is less than the corresponding dimension of the void.
To keep the mattress or panel of insulating material in the void existing between the aforementioned walls and to ensure ventilation between them, we generally use galvanized metal wires that we immobilize as best we can in the walls of the wall, one end of each wire being inserted in the outer wall, the other end being in the inner wall. After the insulation mat has been laid, it is held against the inner wall by jumpers, usually made of plastic, which are placed on the wires and brought by sliding against the insulation mat. This way of doing things has various drawbacks, especially already at the level of the workforce for the correct laying of the metal wires and the jumpers. It is then observed, following either the faulty placement of the wires and the jumpers, or the sliding of the jumpers on the wires, that the mattress of insulating material is not well held against the internal wall of the wall and that this flexible or semi-rigid mattress deforms or collapses in the vacuum of said wall, which considerably reduces the insulating power of said wall, and the ventilation thereof, and causes, for lack of ventilation, humidity problems that we are trying to resolve by using silicone-based products.
The object of the invention is to remedy these drawbacks and to provide a method making it possible to considerably simplify the correct installation of the mattress of insulating material while guaranteeing the subsequent maintenance of said mattress in good position, that is to say in contact with the entire surface of the inner wall, which provides very high insulation and gives the assurance of good ventilation of the vacuum existing in the wall between the outer wall and the mattress of insulating material, this good ventilation eliminating any risk of humidity in the wall without having to use expensive silicone-based products.
To this end, according to the invention, said method consists in simultaneously masonrying the two walls of the wall, in trapping in the outer wall of the wall, the end of elements for holding the mattress of insulating material so that these elements are arranged in projection in the aforementioned vacuum, and to have the mattress of insulating material in the vacuum existing between these two walls, so that the elements bear on the aforementioned mattress to apply it and keep it firmly in place against the inner wall of the wall so as to provide between said mattress and the outer wall a permanent ventilation void which is substantially constant over the entire surface of the wall, the dimension of the part of the elements projecting into the void of the wall, taken perpendicularly to the latter, being substantially equal to the corresponding dimension of the wall void minus the thickness of the mat of insulating material.
The invention also relates to a holding element for a mattress of insulating material, placed in the ventilated void of a double-walled wall and applied to the inner wall of the wall for the implementation of the above process.

According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the three sections have substantially the same thickness, the third section being planar, the first and third sections being perpendicular to each other and the first and second sections being in the form of a dihedral, the element, considered immobilized in the outer wall of the wall, being symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane passing through the edge of the dihedron formed by the first section, the edge of the dihedron formed by the second section being located in said vertical plane, the faces of the two dihedrons being inclined downwards, the angles formed by the second section with the first and third sections being of the order of 45 °, the first and second sections having the same dimension taken in a direction perpendicular to the edge of the dihedral.
