Definitions

  • the invention is in the field of making roofs, more precisely the insulation of roofs.
  • the invention relates to an insulating support intended to receive a sub-tile plate and which may also have a decorative face.
  • the sub-tile plates ( Figure 1 ) are construction elements generally placed between the roof and the roof structure. They can be rigid or flexible. When rigid, they can be used directly as a roofing element. However, in the majority of cases, the sub-tile plates support a roof covering such as tiles, particularly channel tiles.
  • the role of the under-tile sheets is to collect and evacuate the water present under the roof covering due to infiltration due to bad weather or other or due to condensation in order to protect the insulation.
  • the sub-tile plates can be flat or consist of a plurality of depressions (cx) and ridges (C) so as to describe a regular and repetitive sinusoidal pattern.
  • the sub-tile plates are arranged on the roof by overlapping to ensure sealing.
  • the lateral overlap corresponds to a half-sinusoid and the longitudinal overlap takes place over twenty centimeters.
  • Corrugated type sub-tiles can be used in particular to support hollow tiles called channel tiles. These tiles can be arranged on the plates so as to form a succession of alternating rows of current tiles placed on the recesses (cx) of the plate and cover tiles placed on the ridges (C) of the plate (cover two- roof tiles).
  • the sub-tile plates allow an alternative in the arrangement of tiles by saving the number of tiles per m 2 . Indeed, it is possible to remove the current tiles placed in the recesses (cx) of the plate, the waterproofing of the roof being ensured then only by the sub-tile plates and not by the tiles themselves (cover 1 tile).
  • the sub-tile plates can be laid on battens themselves arranged on the frame.
  • current standards require insulation between the roof and the interior of the building supporting the roof.
  • numerous means of insulation are known, but in general they require delicate and time-consuming laying methods.
  • the invention aims to simplify the installation of a roof tile channel comprising a sub-tile plate by providing an insulating support for the production of building cover, intended to receive on its upper face a sub-tile plate, said support comprising exterior to interior an insulating layer and optionally on the underside of said insulating layer a decorative panel.
  • lateral faces here is meant the 2 faces present on each side of the major longitudinal axis of said support according to the invention, and by “upstream face” and “downstream face” the faces present on each side of the transverse axis of said support .
  • upper face here is meant the face of said support according to the invention which will be during the positioning of said support oriented towards the outside of the structure to be covered and by lower face the face of said support according to the invention which will be at during the positioning of said support oriented towards the inside of the structure to be covered.
  • the presence of a slope (p) on the upper face means that the upstream and downstream faces are of different heights either over their entire surface or only at the bottom of the troughs (h) .
  • the height (h) of the upstream face or the height (h) between the underside and the bottom of the recesses (h, Figure 3 ) in front upstream may be less than the height of the downstream face or between the bottom face and the bottom of the troughs (h, Figure 3 ) downstream.
  • Upstream and downstream being defined by reference to the direction of laying of said support relative to the slope of the roof to be covered, it is then understood that said slope (p) is from the upper surface of said support, or at least from the bottom of said recesses carried by said upper face is against the slope of the roof to be produced. This is a preferred form of the invention.
  • the presence of a slope (p) on the upper face, at least at the bottom of said recesses carried by said upper face, has the consequence that said support has a direction defined by said slope (p) and that during its installation said support must be positioned in a particular way which will require that the slope (p) of the upper face or the slope (p) of the bottom of the hollows be counter-slope to the slope of coverage in progress.
  • the height (h) of the upstream face or the height (h) between the underside and the bottom of the recesses (h, Figure 3 ) on the upstream face may be greater than the height of the downstream face or between the underside and the bottom of the troughs (h, Figure 3 ) downstream.
  • Upstream and downstream being defined by reference to the direction of laying of said support relative to the slope of the roof to be covered, it is then understood that said slope (p) is from the upper surface of said support, or at least from the bottom of said recesses carried by said upper face is in the direction of the slope of the roof to be produced.
  • the invention has inter alia the following advantages: laying and fixing of the sub-tile plate and of the insulating support according to the invention in a single operation, said insulating support according to the invention is light and easy to handle, it is unique whether a one-tile or two-tile roof is produced, the geometrical characteristics of said support according to the invention impose a laying direction which facilitates it, said support also makes it possible to use only one fixing for the sub-tile plate / insulating support.
  • said insulating support can be of any known material to allow thermal and / or sound insulation provided that it is compatible with the function of the invention.
  • said insulating material can be chosen from hemp, particularly in the form of brick, wood fiber in rigid form, such as for example fibragglo, expanded cork, or also based on polymers, polymer foams. such as, for example, urea-formaldehyde foam, phenolic foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, polyurethane foam, extruded polystyrene, expanded polystyrene, whether graphite or not, polyisocyanurate.
  • the insulator is extruded polystyrene or expanded polystyrene, preferably graphite polystyrene.

  • the upstream and downstream faces of said support may have an overall height of between 0.10 m and 0.30 m, preferably between 0.15 m and 0.27 m. .
  • upstream and downstream faces of said support will have a width identical to each other and identical to the width of said lower and upper faces.
  • said upstream and downstream faces may have different overall heights.
  • the upstream and downstream faces may have identical heights, and that only the height (h ), on the downstream and upstream faces, between the bottom of a hollow and the lower face may be different.
  • said slope (p) can be between 0.1% and 1.0%, preferably between 0.2% and 0.80% very preferably between 0.3 and 0 , 5%.
  • the support according to the invention may further comprise on its upper face, at the junction with the downstream face, over its entire width or only in line with the recesses (cx), one or more recess (s ) (E) of rectangular shape and constant depth, said depth possibly corresponding to the difference in height (y) of the downstream face and of the upstream face or to the difference in height of the only zones (Z) of the upstream and downstream faces in line with the troughs (cx).
  • said recess can have a constant depth between one and fifteen mm, preferably between five and ten mm.
  • said slope aims to allow "automatic" overlapping of two plates sub-tiles placed on two adjoining supports.
  • said sub-tile plates may project from said support both on the upstream side and on the downstream side.
  • the sub-tile plate placed on the downstream support will come to rest by its upstream part which protrudes from the downstream support on the recess formed in the upstream support, the sub-tile plate posed on the upstream support coming to rest by its downstream part which protrudes from the upstream support on the downstream sub-tile plate, thus providing for automatic overlapping of the two sub-tile plates ensuring the waterproofing of the roof.

Description

The invention is in the field of making roofs, more precisely the insulation of roofs. The invention relates to an insulating support intended to receive a sub-tile plate and which may also have a decorative face.

In the prior art the document CH608852 of January 30, 1979 describes a tile support for receiving tiles but not a support for receiving sub-tile plates. The support described has, on its surface, tile imprints intended to receive the tiles.

The sub-tile plates ( Figure 1 ) are construction elements generally placed between the roof and the roof structure. They can be rigid or flexible. When rigid, they can be used directly as a roofing element. However, in the majority of cases, the sub-tile plates support a roof covering such as tiles, particularly channel tiles.

The role of the under-tile sheets is to collect and evacuate the water present under the roof covering due to infiltration due to bad weather or other or due to condensation in order to protect the insulation.

The sub-tile plates can be flat or consist of a plurality of depressions (cx) and ridges (C) so as to describe a regular and repetitive sinusoidal pattern.

For their installation, the sub-tile plates are arranged on the roof by overlapping to ensure sealing. Usually, the lateral overlap corresponds to a half-sinusoid and the longitudinal overlap takes place over twenty centimeters.

These tiles can be arranged on the plates so as to form a succession of alternating rows of current tiles placed on the recesses (cx) of the plate and cover tiles placed on the ridges (C) of the plate (cover two- roof tiles).

However, the sub-tile plates allow an alternative in the arrangement of tiles by saving the number of tiles per m 2 . Indeed, it is possible to remove the current tiles placed in the recesses (cx) of the plate, the waterproofing of the roof being ensured then only by the sub-tile plates and not by the tiles themselves (cover 1 tile).

Therefore there are sub-tile plates whose sinusoidal profile is different depending on the direction of orientation of said plate that to allow the installation in roof 1 tile or in roof 2 tiles.

The sub-tile plates can be laid on battens themselves arranged on the frame. However, current standards require insulation between the roof and the interior of the building supporting the roof. In this regard, numerous means of insulation are known, but in general they require delicate and time-consuming laying methods. In addition, consideration should be given to adding decorative means to the insulation ensuring a correct finish under the roof.

The invention aims to simplify the installation of a roof tile channel comprising a sub-tile plate by providing an insulating support for the production of building cover, intended to receive on its upper face a sub-tile plate, said support comprising exterior to interior an insulating layer and optionally on the underside of said insulating layer a decorative panel.

By "lateral faces" here is meant the 2 faces present on each side of the major longitudinal axis of said support according to the invention, and by "upstream face" and "downstream face" the faces present on each side of the transverse axis of said support .

By "upper face" here is meant the face of said support according to the invention which will be during the positioning of said support oriented towards the outside of the structure to be covered and by lower face the face of said support according to the invention which will be at during the positioning of said support oriented towards the inside of the structure to be covered.

  • une élévation au-dessus de ladite surface plane sans que ladite surface plane des espaces inter-crêtes ne soit modifiée ;
  • une élévation au-dessus de ladite surface plane avec ladite surface plane des espaces inter-crêtes modifiée de telle sorte qu'elle est évidée par rapport au niveau initial de la surface plane, avantageusement sous la forme d'une gouttière de profil globalement hémisphérique ;
  • une surface plane, unique, délimitée de chaque côté par un espace inter-crête modifié de telle sorte qu'il est évidé par rapport au niveau initial de la surface plane, avantageusement sous la forme d'une gouttière de profil globalement hémisphérique ;
A person skilled in the art understands that if one starts from a flat surface a crest can be:
  • an elevation above said planar surface without said planar surface of the inter-ridge spaces being modified;
  • an elevation above said planar surface with said planar surface of the inter-ridge spaces modified so that it is hollowed out from the initial level of the planar surface, advantageously in the form of a gutter of generally hemispherical profile;
  • a single flat surface, delimited on each side by an inter-crest space modified so that it is hollowed out relative to the initial level of the flat surface, advantageously in the form of a gutter of generally hemispherical profile;
  • a crest in the preceding sense can consist of 2 contiguous narrow crests (Ce) separated by a narrow hollow (cxe).

According to the invention, by "plurality" is meant in the present text that said upper face may comprise between 1 and 10 ridges.
As previously stated
  • according to a first particular embodiment of the invention the plane of said upper face, therefore the plane including the peaks of the ridges, and the plane of said lower face of said support, may not be parallel longitudinally, thus inducing a slope (p ) of the upper face with respect to the lower face and a height difference (h) between the upstream face and the downstream face and the plane including the bottom of the recesses may be parallel to the plane of the lower face.
  • according to a second particular embodiment of the invention the plane of said upper face, therefore the plane including the peaks of the ridges, and the plane of said lower face of said support can be parallel longitudinally, thus ensuring that it does not there is no slope (p) of the upper face with respect to the lower face and that there is no difference in height (h) between the upstream face and the downstream face of said support, and the plane including the bottom of the hollows may not be parallel to said underside of said support, thus creating a slope of the bottom of the hollows in the longitudinal direction. This embodiment also has the advantage of facilitating the storage of said supports which can thus be stacked without worrying about taking up slope.
  • according to a third particular embodiment of the invention the plane of said upper face, therefore the plane including the peaks of the ridges, and the plane of said lower face of said support, may not be parallel longitudinally, thus inducing a slope (p ) of the upper face with respect to the lower face and a height difference (h) between the upstream face and the downstream face and the plane including the bottom of the recesses may not be parallel to said lower face of said support, thus creating a slope of the bottom of the troughs in the longitudinal direction.

Quelle que soit la forme de réalisation retenue, la présence d'une pente (p) en face supérieure a pour conséquence que les faces amont et aval sont de hauteurs différentes soit sur toute leur surface soit seulement au niveau du fond des creux (h).Whatever the embodiment chosen, the presence of a slope (p) on the upper face means that the upstream and downstream faces are of different heights either over their entire surface or only at the bottom of the troughs (h) .

According to one embodiment of the invention, the height (h) of the upstream face or the height (h) between the underside and the bottom of the recesses (h, Figure 3 ) in front upstream may be less than the height of the downstream face or between the bottom face and the bottom of the troughs (h, Figure 3 ) downstream. Upstream and downstream being defined by reference to the direction of laying of said support relative to the slope of the roof to be covered, it is then understood that said slope (p) is from the upper surface of said support, or at least from the bottom of said recesses carried by said upper face is against the slope of the roof to be produced. This is a preferred form of the invention.

According to this embodiment of the invention, the presence of a slope (p) on the upper face, at least at the bottom of said recesses carried by said upper face, has the consequence that said support has a direction defined by said slope (p) and that during its installation said support must be positioned in a particular way which will require that the slope (p) of the upper face or the slope (p) of the bottom of the hollows be counter-slope to the slope of coverage in progress.

This therefore requires that the face of smallest height, that is to say corresponding to the bottom of the slope (p) of the upper face or of the slope (p) of the bottom of the troughs, is positioned towards the top of the cover in progress; it will then correspond to the so-called upstream face. Likewise, this therefore requires that the face of greatest height, that is to say corresponding to the top of the slope (p) of the upper face or of the slope (p) of the bottom of the troughs, be positioned downwards. hedging in progress; it will then correspond to the so-called downstream face.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the height (h) of the upstream face or the height (h) between the underside and the bottom of the recesses (h, Figure 3 ) on the upstream face may be greater than the height of the downstream face or between the underside and the bottom of the troughs (h, Figure 3 ) downstream. Upstream and downstream being defined by reference to the direction of laying of said support relative to the slope of the roof to be covered, it is then understood that said slope (p) is from the upper surface of said support, or at least from the bottom of said recesses carried by said upper face is in the direction of the slope of the roof to be produced.

The invention has inter alia the following advantages: laying and fixing of the sub-tile plate and of the insulating support according to the invention in a single operation, said insulating support according to the invention is light and easy to handle, it is unique whether a one-tile or two-tile roof is produced, the geometrical characteristics of said support according to the invention impose a laying direction which facilitates it, said support also makes it possible to use only one fixing for the sub-tile plate / insulating support.

According to the invention, said insulating support can be of any known material to allow thermal and / or sound insulation provided that it is compatible with the function of the invention. Thus according to the invention said insulating material can be chosen from hemp, particularly in the form of brick, wood fiber in rigid form, such as for example fibragglo, expanded cork, or also based on polymers, polymer foams. such as, for example, urea-formaldehyde foam, phenolic foam, polyvinyl chloride foam, polyurethane foam, extruded polystyrene, expanded polystyrene, whether graphite or not, polyisocyanurate. Advantageously according to the invention the insulator is extruded polystyrene or expanded polystyrene, preferably graphite polystyrene.

According to the invention, the lower and upper faces of said support, of generally rectangular shape, can have a length between 0.50 m and 4.00 m, preferably between 0.80 m and 3.50 m, very preferably between 0 , 90 m and 2.00 m.

According to the invention, the lower and upper faces of said support, of rectangular shape, can have a width of between 0.50 m and 2.50 m, preferably between 0.80 m and 2.00 m, very preferably between 0, 90 m and 1.20 m.

According to the invention, whatever the embodiment of the invention, the upstream and downstream faces of said support may have an overall height of between 0.10 m and 0.30 m, preferably between 0.15 m and 0.27 m. .

By overall height it is understood that it is the distance between the top of the ridges (C) carried by the upper face of said support and the lower face of said support.

Of course the upstream and downstream faces of said support will have a width identical to each other and identical to the width of said lower and upper faces.

According to the embodiment in which said support can have an upper face sloping in the longitudinal direction with respect to the lower face, said upstream and downstream faces may have different overall heights.

According to the embodiment in which only the bottom of the hollows of said support can have a slope in the longitudinal direction relative to the underside, it is understood that overall the upstream and downstream faces may have identical heights, and that only the height (h ), on the downstream and upstream faces, between the bottom of a hollow and the lower face may be different.

Quelle que soit la forme de réalisation de l'invention, ladite pente (p) peut être comprise entre 0,1% et 1,0%, préférentiellement entre 0,2% et 0,80% très préférentiellement entre 0,3 et 0,5%.Whatever the embodiment of the invention, said slope (p) can be between 0.1% and 1.0%, preferably between 0.2% and 0.80% very preferably between 0.3 and 0 , 5%.

A person skilled in the art will know without difficulty on the basis of the length (L) of the support according to the invention, the height (h) of the upstream face and the slope (p) that he will decide to give to said support, easily determine the difference in height (y) between the downstream face and the upstream face (second and fourth embodiment above) or between the height (h) defined between the lower face and the bottom of the troughs upstream and the height (h) defined between the lower face and the bottom of the recesses in the downstream face (third and fourth embodiment above) according to the formula (y) = L xp / 100 (p being expressed in%).

According to a particular embodiment, the support according to the invention may further comprise on its upper face, at the junction with the downstream face, over its entire width or only in line with the recesses (cx), one or more recess (s ) (E) of rectangular shape and constant depth, said depth possibly corresponding to the difference in height (y) of the downstream face and of the upstream face or to the difference in height of the only zones (Z) of the upstream and downstream faces in line with the troughs (cx).

Thus according to the invention said recess can have a constant depth between one and fifteen mm, preferably between five and ten mm.

During assembly when two supports according to the invention are joined by juxtaposition of their upstream and downstream faces and a sub-tile plate is placed on each support, said slope aims to allow "automatic" overlapping of two plates sub-tiles placed on two adjoining supports. In principle to ensure watertightness by covering two adjoining sub-tile plates said sub-tile plates may project from said support both on the upstream side and on the downstream side. Thus, the sub-tile plate placed on the downstream support, will come to rest by its upstream part which protrudes from the downstream support on the recess formed in the upstream support, the sub-tile plate posed on the upstream support coming to rest by its downstream part which protrudes from the upstream support on the downstream sub-tile plate, thus providing for automatic overlapping of the two sub-tile plates ensuring the waterproofing of the roof.

Préférentiellement selon l'invention, ladite face supérieure pourra comprendre autant de crêtes (C) que la face inférieure des plaques sous-tuiles qu'elle est destinée à recevoir comportera elle-même de crêtes (C).Preferably according to the invention, said upper face may include as many ridges (C) as the lower face of the sub-tile plates that it is intended to receive will itself include ridges (C).

Selon ce mode de réalisation particulier ladite face supérieure dudit support selon l'invention pourra comporter quatre ou cinq crêtes (C).According to this particular embodiment, said upper face of said support according to the invention may include four or five ridges (C).

Said ridges (C) can be of various lengths ranging from a few centimeters in length to a size identical to the length of said support. Preferably according to the invention, said ridges (C) may have a length identical to the length of said support.

According to one embodiment of the invention, said ridges (C) may be at equal distance from each other, thus delimiting hollows (cx) of the same width. In this embodiment, the distance between the top of two contiguous crests (C) may be identical to the distance between two midpoints of two contiguous troughs (cx).

According to their arrangement on the surface it is understood that the ridges (C) can delimit between them n-1, n or n + 1 trough.

According to a particular embodiment, a crest may be arranged along one of the edges of said support of the invention, the other edge of said support being able to receive a hollow, the set of crests (C) thus delimiting a number n of trough (cx) equal to the number of crests (C).

According to another particular embodiment, a half-crest can be positioned along each of the two lateral edges of said support of the invention. According to this particular form of the invention, moreover preferred form, said support may have n recesses (cx), n-1 peaks (C) complete and two half-peaks.

According to yet another particular embodiment, a half-hollow (cx) can be positioned along each of the two lateral edges of said support of the invention. According to this particular form of the invention, said support may have n peaks (C), n-1 hollow (cx) and two half-half-hollow.

Said recesses (cx) and ridges (C) are intended to allow, during the production of the roof, easy and immediate positioning of the sub-tile plate to rest on said support according to the invention.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the height between the top of a crest (C) and the bottom of a trough (cx) present on said support according to the invention may be less than the height between the top of '' a crest (α or γ) and the bottom of a trough (δ or β) present on said sub-tile plate. With this embodiment of the invention, when laying the sub-tile plates will come to bear on the support according to the invention by bringing the apex of the ridges present on the underside of said sub-tile plate (α or γ) and the bottom of the recesses (cx) of said support according to the invention. Thus there will remain a free space promoting the circulation of air between the top of the ridges (C) present on the surface of the support according to the invention and the sub-tile plate. This embodiment of said support according to the invention is the preferred form of the invention.

According to another embodiment of the invention, the height between the top of a crest (C) and the bottom of a trough (cx) present on said support according to the invention may be greater than the height between the top of a crest (α or γ) and the bottom of a trough (δ or β) present on said sub-tile plate. With this embodiment of the invention, when laying the sub-tile plates will come to bear on the support according to the invention by bringing the top of the ridges (C) present on the upper face of said support into contact with the invention and the bottom of the recesses present on the underside of the sub-tile plate (δ or β).

According to yet another embodiment of the invention, the height between the top of a crest (C) and the bottom of a trough (cx) present on said support according to the invention may be equal to the height between the top of a crest (α or γ) and the bottom of a trough (δ or β) present on said sub-tile plate. With this embodiment of the invention, when laying the sub-tile plates will come to bear on the support according to the invention by bringing the top of the ridges present on the underside of said sub-tile plate into contact (γ or α) and the bottom of hollows (cx) of said support according to the invention and by bringing the top of the ridges (C) present on the upper face of said support according to the invention into contact with the bottom of the hollows present on the underside of the sub-tile plate ( δ or β).

According to a particular embodiment of the invention, said height between the top of a crest (C) and the bottom of a trough (cx) may be equal to 0, said upper surface of said support according to the invention then being plane . Said upper surface thus alone representing a choice of a crest or a hollow.

According to another particular, preferred embodiment of the invention, said height between the top of a crest (C) and the bottom of a hollow (cx) present on said support according to the invention may be between five and eighty mm, preferably between ten and sixty mm, very preferably between fifteen and thirty-five mm.

We have previously seen that the sub-tile plate may have on one of its faces ridges (C) of rounded shape with a large radius (large ridges (γ) on the figure 1 ) and on its other face rounded ridges (C) of small radius (small ridges (α) on the figure 1 ). This difference in radius of the ridges can make it possible, for the same sub-tile plate and according to the orientation in which it is positioned, to make roofs in channel tiles with one or two tiles.

For the realization of a roof with a tile, the sub-tile plate can be positioned on the support according to the invention with its large ridges (γ) oriented upwards which can allow two rows of tiles to be juxtaposed side by side (roof tiles) oriented open sides down (back up) resting on two large ridges (γ, Figure 1 ) of said sub-tile plate, oriented upwards, parallel and contiguous, without positioning between them a row of tiles oriented face open upwards (current tiles), the waterproofing of the roof being then ensured by the plate under -tiles itself.

For the realization of a roof with two tiles, the sub-tile plate can be positioned on the support according to the invention with the small ridges (α) oriented upwards which may allow, to reinforce the waterproofing of the roof , to position a row of tiles (current tiles) oriented open side up and therefore back down, resting in the bottom of the hollow (β on the figure 1 ) of said sub-tile plate and juxtapose side by side two rows of tiles (cover tiles) oriented open faces downwards (back upwards) resting on the two small ridges (α) oriented upwards, parallel and contiguous, and framing said hollow (β) carrying said cover tiles.

However, it is understood that if one wants to make the positioning of said under-tile plate easy and rapid, it could be a great advantage that the upper face of said support according to the invention, intended to receive said under-tile plate includes recesses (cx) in the form of gutters (G) running over the entire length of the major axis of said support, parallel and de facto separated by ridges (C) and intended to receive in support on their bottom (G1, G2), the top of the ridges (α, γ) of the underside of a sub-tile plate (PsT).

Thus in a particular embodiment, said support according to the invention may include on its upper face hollows (cx) in the form of gutters (G), parallel and running over the entire length of the major axis of said support. These hollows (cx) may have the purpose of receiving a sub-tile plate resting on the ridges (α, γ) of its lower face.

According to the invention, said hollows may have a cross-sectional profile with a radius of radius at least equal to the radius of the large crests (γ) of said sub-tile plate, preferably equal to the radius of the large crests (γ) of said plate under -tiles (PsT).

According to another embodiment of the support according to the invention, the hollows (cx) may have a profile in section in an arc of a circle of radius at least equal to the radius of the small ridges (α) of said under-tile plate, preferably equal to the radius of the small ridges (α) of said under-tile plate (PsT).

It is understood that in these particular embodiments the sub-tile plates (PsT) can easily be positioned in the recesses (cx) of said support according to the invention thus facilitating for the installer their positioning and that the face of said plate under -tiles in contact with said upper face of said support according to the invention has large ridges (γ) or small ridges (α). However, these particular embodiments require that said support according to the invention exists in two distinct forms, a form with hollows (cx) of a diameter at least equal to the diameter of the small ridges (α) of the sub-tile plate and a shape with hollows (cx) of a diameter at least equal to the diameter of the large ridges (γ) of the sub-tile plate.

It is therefore conceivable that there could be another advantage than in another embodiment of said support according to the invention, said contact zone between the sub-tile plate and said support, on said support, is of a form capable of receiving indifferently to support either small ridges (α) or large ridges (γ) of a sub-tile plate. Thus only one form of support according to the invention would be expected.

Thus, it is understood that in this embodiment, said upper face of said support according to the invention may include hollows (cx) in the form of gutters (G), said gutter being able to have a profile in several arcs of circles nested one inside the other. .

Thus, according to one embodiment of the invention, said upper face of said support according to the invention may include gullies (cx) in the form of gutters (G), oriented along the major longitudinal axis of said support, which may have an arcuate profile circular and may further comprise a second gutter (G2) oriented along the same major longitudinal axis of said support and positioned in the bottom of said first gutter (G1). It is understood that in this embodiment said gutter (G) may have a profile formed by two arcs of circles of different radii (G1, G2) nested one inside the other, their two centers (O and o) being able to be positioned on the axis of symmetry of the gutters G1 and G2. This is the simplest form that can be envisaged for the gutters of a support according to the invention capable of indifferently receiving a sub-tile plate bearing on these small ridges (α) or on these large ridges (γ).

However, this shape can make the laying of the sub-tile plates difficult since it has only a low tolerance with regard to the precision of the shapes of the sub-tile plate.

Thus according to yet another particular embodiment of the invention it is possible to play on the shape of the gutters G1 and G2 to admit a tolerance with respect to the precision of the shapes of the plate under larger tiles.

Thus we can imagine that the gutter G1 (gutter receiving the large ridges (γ)) could be formed by two arcs of circles of identical radii (R) and of center (O) unique said two arcs of circles can be separated by a second Gutter G2 (gutter receiving the small ridges (α)) itself which can be formed by an arc of a circle of single radius (r) and of single center (o), G2 being able to be positioned symmetrically along the major axis of G1.

On peut également imaginer que la gouttière G1 (gouttière recevant les grandes crêtes (γ)) puisse être formée de deux arcs de cercles de rayons (R) identiques mais de centres (O1 et O2) différents, lesdits deux arcs de cercle pouvant être séparés par la seconde gouttière G2 (gouttière recevant les petites crêtes (α)) elle-même pouvant être formée par un arc de cercle de rayon (r) unique et de centre (o) unique, G2 pouvant être positionnée symétriquement selon le grand axe de G1.One can also imagine that the gutter G1 (gutter receiving the large ridges (γ)) could be formed by two arcs of circles of radii (R) identical but with centers (O1 and O2) different, said two arcs of circle being able to be separated by the second gutter G2 (gutter receiving the small ridges (α)) itself which can be formed by an arc of a circle of single radius (r) and of single center (o), G2 being able to be positioned symmetrically along the major axis of G1.

On peut encore imaginer que la gouttière G1 (gouttière recevant les grandes crêtes (γ)) puisse être formée de deux arcs de cercles de rayons (R) identiques mais de centres (O1 et O2) différents, lesdits deux arcs de cercle pouvant être séparés par la seconde gouttière G2 (gouttière recevant les petites crêtes (α)) elle-même pouvant être formée par deux arcs de cercles de rayons (r) identiques mais de centres (o1 et o2) différents, G2 pouvant être positionnée symétriquement selon le grand axe de G1.One can also imagine that the gutter G1 (gutter receiving the large ridges (γ)) could be formed by two arcs of circles with identical radii (R) but with different centers (O1 and O2), said two arcs of circle being able to be separated by the second gutter G2 (gutter receiving the small ridges (α)) itself which can be formed by two arcs of circles with identical radii (r) but with different centers (o1 and o2), G2 being able to be positioned symmetrically according to the large axis of G1.

Enfin on peut aussi imaginer que la gouttière G1 (gouttière recevant les grandes crêtes (γ)) puisse être formée de deux arcs de cercles de rayons (R) identiques et de centre (O) unique lesdits deux arcs de cercles pouvant être séparés par une seconde gouttière G2 (gouttière recevant les petites crêtes (α)) elle-même pouvant être formée par deux arcs de cercles de rayons (r) identiques mais de centres (o1 et o2) différents, G2 pouvant être positionnée symétriquement selon le grand axe de G1.Finally we can also imagine that the gutter G1 (gutter receiving the large ridges (γ)) could be formed by two arcs of circles of identical radii (R) and of center (O) unique said two arcs of circles can be separated by a second gutter G2 (gutter receiving the small ridges (α)) itself which can be formed by two arcs of circles with identical radii (r) but with different centers (o1 and o2), G2 being able to be positioned symmetrically along the major axis of G1.

It will be noted that if the radii of said arcs of circles can be of any length, according to a preferred form of the invention, said radii of gutters G1 and G2 can be substantially equal, even equal, respectively to the radii of large (γ) or small crests (α) of the sub-tile plate which will come to bear on said gutters.

According to the invention and whatever the embodiment of the invention, the radius of said first gutter (G1), whether in an arc of a circle with a single center or in two arcs of a circle with different centers, may be between thirty and eighty mm, preferably between sixty and seventy mm.

De même selon encore l'invention et quelle que soit la forme de réalisation de l'invention, le rayon de ladite seconde gouttière (G2) qu'elle soit en un arc de cercle de centre unique ou en deux arcs de cercle de centres différents, pourra être compris entre vingt et soixante mm préférentiellement entre quarante et cinquante mm.Similarly also according to the invention and whatever the embodiment of the invention, the radius of said second gutter (G2) whether in an arc of a circle with a single center or in two arcs of a circle with different centers , may be between twenty and sixty mm, preferably between forty and fifty mm.

According to yet another embodiment of the invention, said support can also comprise on its lateral faces and / or on its upstream and downstream faces, means capable of cooperating with each other in order to ensure good positioning and good adjustment of a support relative to the support directly positioned next to it (joining means). According to the invention, said junction means can be any means known to a person skilled in the art, for example a protrusion protruding from one of the lateral faces of said support and capable of being positioned in a notch present on the contiguous lateral face of the itself contiguous support, said notch being generally of the same shape, but hollow, as said bead. By way of example, there may be mentioned, without limitation, as a bead / indentation pair a bead in the form of a half cylinder which can be coupled with a half cylinder of the same diameter or of slightly larger diameter produced in hollow on the other face, a bead in the shape of a parallelepiped which can be coupled with a parallelepiped of the same dimension or of slightly larger dimensions produced in hollow on the other face, a bead of triangular profile which can be coupled with a footprint of triangular shape of the same dimension or dimensions slightly upper recessed on the other side.

Those skilled in the art can easily understand that said joining means can be one or more, identical or different, on the same face, both on the length and on the height of said face, and can be of length equal to the length of said face or shorter. It is also understood that the same face can comprise male and female parts of said junction means in the form of a protuberance and recessed at the same time.

Thus according to the invention, said support may further comprise on at least one of its lateral and / or downstream and / or upstream faces, advantageously on all of its lateral and downstream and upstream faces, male or female elements of a joining means able to cooperate together two supports according to the invention contiguous.

According to yet another embodiment of the invention, said support can also comprise at least one reinforcement to ensure its rigidity. Said reinforcement can be of any shape and in any material compatible with its function. It can be arranged both laterally and longitudinally relative to said support. It can be single or multiple. Preferably according to the invention, said support will comprise at least two reinforcements positioned longitudinally parallel to one another at the level of the lower face of said support, said reinforcement possibly being for example a U-shaped profile rail and made of stainless steel.

According to the invention, said reinforcement can be positioned on at least one of the faces of said support, or else embedded in its mass. Preferably according to the invention, said reinforcement can be embedded in the mass of said support.

According to yet another particular embodiment of the invention, said insulating support may further comprise linked to its lower face a decorative element. Any connection method known to a person skilled in the art can be used according to the invention, to link said decorative element to said insulating support according to the invention. By way of example, mention may be made of screwing, clipping or bonding. Advantageously according to the invention, the decorative element will be glued to said underside of said insulating support.

The term “decorative element” means any means which makes it possible to give the underside of said support according to the invention, an aspect that is pleasant to look at. According to the invention and without limitation, said decorative element can be one or more sheet (s) of paper, plastic, one or more plate (s) of wood, iron, plaster, plastic, resin, etc. . A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is an insulating support according to the invention comprising on its underside a plasterboard advantageously glued.

The above description describes a sub-tile plate support intended to make it easier to position the insulation and the sub-tile plate during the production of a roof. This description shows that the invention relates to an asymmetrical support in its form since although generally rectangular in shape of a rectangle, it nevertheless has a slope, at least a slope in the bottom of the gutters present on its upper face. This slope implies during installation a particular direction of positioning of said support which, as we have seen previously, means that in the longitudinal direction two contiguous supports are joined to one another by their downstream and upstream faces, the downstream support presenting the upstream support to its upstream face, it being understood that said upstream face is that of which at least the depth of the gutters is greater than said depth of the gutters of the downstream face of said upstream support.

Thus the subject of the invention is also a method of producing a roof comprising the use of a support for a sub-tile plate according to the invention.

The invention also relates to a roof comprising at least one support according to the invention.

It is possible during the manufacture of said support according to the invention to provide on the upper surface of said support various markings, particularly markings intended to facilitate the work of the installer. Said markings can be cutting guides or even indications of the direction of laying of said support.

With reference to the figure 1 which represents the profile of a sub-tile plate having five small ridges (α) and five large ridges (γ) and in fact five large hollows (β) and five small hollows (δ) delimited with respect to said ridges. We will therefore note the dissymmetry of said plate with in (11) the top of a small crest (α) which can also be referenced as the bottom (on the other side) of the corresponding small hollow (et) and in (12) the top of a large crest (γ) which can also be referenced as the bottom (on the other side) of the corresponding large hollow (β).

With reference to the figure 2 which represents a perspective view of the support according to the invention (20) the upper face is noted in (21), in (22) the lower face, in (23) one of the 2 lateral faces, in (24) the downstream face and at (25) the upstream face of said support (20). We also note the presence on the upper face of large ridges (C) and hollows (cx).

We also note in (26) two longitudinal reinforcements and in (27) on one of the lateral faces (23), two parallel notches of semi-cylindrical shape constituting the female part of a means intended to ensure good positioning and good adjustment of a support (20) relative to the contiguous support, the male part of said means being represented on the other lateral face at (28) and being in the form of two beads of semi-cylindrical shape parallel and running throughout the length of said lateral face.

We especially note the presence of the downstream side of said support the presence of recesses E positioned at the level of the recesses (cx). It is therefore understood that in the embodiment shown in this figure the surface of the upper face is flat and formed by the top of the ridges (C) and that the bottoms of the hollows form a slope oriented in the direction of the descent of the face downstream (24) towards the upstream face (25). The purpose of the recesses (E) is to make up for the slope and to allow the positioning of a sub-tile plate positioned downstream, the upstream part of which will be housed in said recesses. It is then understood that the bottom of the recess can be at the same distance from the lower surface as the bottom of the hollow (cx) at the level of the upstream face (25).

With reference to the figure 3 which represents a sectional view of the support according to the invention (30) there is the upper face (31), the lower face (32), the downstream face (34), the side face (33) carrying the male part of a joining means (38) in the form of two parallel semi-cylindrical shaped beads and on the other side face, two parallel notches (37) of semi-cylindrical shape constituting the female part of a joining means , intended to ensure good positioning and good adjustment of a support (30) relative to the adjoining support (30). We also note the presence on the upper face of large ridges (C) and hollows (cx). We also note in (36), two longitudinal reinforcements and in (39) a decorative element in the form of a plate covering the entire lower surface of said support according to the invention (30). The figures also bear the representation of the height (h) between the bottom of a trough and the underside as well as the indication of the axis of symmetry passing through the bottom of the troughs.

We especially note in A the particular shape of the hollow (cx) in the shape of a gutter, showing that said hollow is generally composed of a first profile thus forming the first gutter (G1) and a second profile thus forming a second gutter ( G2) positioned at the bottom of said first gutter (G1). The Figures 3A1 to 3A4 represent the different possible embodiments of the gutters present on said support.

In A1 the hollow (cx) is formed by a first gutter (G1) itself formed by two arcs of circles of identical radii (R) and of center (O) unique said two arcs of circles being separated by a second gutter (G2) itself formed by an arc of a circle of single radius (r) and of single center (o), G2 being positioned symmetrically along the major axis of G1.

In A2 the hollow (cx) is formed by a first gutter (G1) formed by two circular arcs of radii (R) identical but with centers (O1 and O2) different, said two arcs of circle being separated by the second gutter (G2) itself formed by an arc of a circle of single radius (r) and of single center (o), G2 being positioned symmetrically along the major axis of G1.

In A3 the hollow (cx) is formed by a first gutter (G1) formed by two arcs of circles of radii (R) identical but with centers (O1 and O2) different, said two arcs of circle being separated by the second gutter (G2) herself formed by two arcs of circles with identical radii (r) but with different centers (o1 and o2), G2 being positioned symmetrically along the major axis of G1.

In A4, the hollow (cx) is formed by a first gutter (G1) itself formed by two arcs of circles of identical radii (R) and of center (O) unique said two arcs of circles being separated by a second gutter (G2) itself formed by two arcs of circles of identical radii (r) but with different centers (o1 and o2), G2 being positioned symmetrically along the major axis of G1.

We note the upper face (41), the lower face (42), the downstream face (45) and the upstream face (44) and in (49) a decorative element in the form of a plate covering the entire lower surface of said support according to the invention. We also note the presence of a rectangular cross-section junction means (491) on the downstream face. (492) and (493) materialize the bottom of the gutter (492) and the upper face of the support according to the invention (493) Above all, note the presence at the junction between the upper face (41) and the downstream face (45 ) a recess (E) of rectangular shape and depth (y).

With reference to the figure 5 which represents a front sectional view of a one-tile (A) or two-tile (B) roof, the upper face (51) and the lower face (52) of a support according to the invention (50) ). We also note the presence of a sub-tile plate (PsT) oriented in (A) to receive the tiles (T) of a roof made in one-tile mode, large ridges (γ) oriented upwards, and in (B) to receive the tiles (T) of a roof made in two-tile mode, small ridges (α) oriented upwards.

A) the sub-tile plate (PsT) is supported on said support of the invention (50) in the bottom of a second gutter (G2) positioned in the bottom of a first gutter of the upper face (51) via the top of its small ridges (α), said bottom being in an arc of a radius identical to the arcuate profile of the small ridge (α) of the sub-tile plate (PST).

On note qu'en (B) la plaque sous-tuiles (PsT) prend appui sur ledit support de l'invention (50) sur les bords latéraux d'une première gouttière (G1) de la face supérieure (51) par l'intermédiaire des bords latéraux de ses grandes crêtes (γ), lesdits bords latéraux de ladite première gouttière (G1) étant formés de deux arcs de cercle d'un rayon quasi-identique au profil semi-circulaire de la grande crête (γ) de la plaque sous-tuiles (PsT).Note that in (B) the sub-tile plate (PsT) is supported on said support of the invention (50) on the lateral edges of a first gutter (G1) of the face upper (51) via the lateral edges of its large ridges (γ), said lateral edges of said first gutter (G1) being formed by two arcs of a circle with a radius almost identical to the semi-circular profile of the large ridge (γ) of the sub-tile plate (PsT).

With reference to the figure 6 which represents a side view of the arrangement of two supports (60) according to the invention longitudinally contiguous and sub-tile plates (PsT) which cover them, there is particularly noted the area of overlap R2 of the two sub-tile plates where the it is noted that the upstream sub-tile plate covers the downstream sub-tile plate and that the downstream sub-tile plate rests on the recess E. It is noted that the presence of the slope of the upper surface of the downstream plate induces the support of the downstream sub-tile plate on the recess E of the upstream sub-tile plate. This has the consequence that the longitudinal lines (L1 and L2) of ridges (C) of two contiguous sub-tile plates are parallel whereas if the supports were not those of the invention but standard supports of rectangular parallelepiped shape whose the upper face and the lower face are parallel the longitudinal crest lines of two adjacent sub-tile plates would not be parallel due to the necessary overlap of the two adjacent plates. Note that the two peak lines L1 and L2, if they are parallel to each other, are not parallel to the underside of said supports according to the invention which support them.

With reference to the figure 7 which represents a perspective view of an assembly of several supports according to the invention and of sub-tile plates, note the juxtaposition both longitudinal and lateral of the supports according to the invention (70) and the positioning of a few sub-tile plates PST.

Note the upper (71), lateral (73) and downstream (74) faces of said supports (70). Note also the lateral overlap (R1) and the longitudinal overlap (R2) of a sub-tile plate with two sub-tile plates which are contiguous to it. We note in particular in B the recess E present on the upper face of a support according to the invention at the edge of said upper face with the downstream face of said support. Note that the sub-tile plate bearing on an upstream support in B1 overlaps the downstream sub-tile plate in R2. But as at the point of overlap (B) the downstream face of said upstream support and the upstream face of said downstream support have the same height due to the recess formed in said upstream support, the projecting part of said downstream sub-tile plate comes to bear on said recess (E) formed in said upstream support.
