제 1 도는 종래 기술에 따른 절대 위치 인코더의 장치를 도시하는 회로 다이어그램이다. 제 2 도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 절대 위치 인코더의 장치를 도시하는 회로 다이어그램이다. 제 3 도는 보간 에러에 대한 교정이 본 발명에 따라 수행될 경우에 실제각의 일예의 사시도이다.
Claims (2)
- 매 분해능당 많은 싸이클의 차를 갖는 각각 다수의 채널의 싸인 파형 출력을 얻기 위한 로타리 코드 플레이트와, 상기 코드 플레이트의 회전 각 데이터를 구성하기 위한 상기 다수의 채널 각각 A/D 변환하는 싸인 파형 출력용 A/D 변환기와, 어드레스 데이터 처럼 상기 채널에 대응된 A/D 변화기의 출력을 사용하여 순차적으로 많은 예정된 분할로 상기 채널의 하나의 파장의 각 데이터 보간에 의해 얻어진 대응된 어드레스 보간 데이터에서 기억하기 위한 ROM과, 교정 어드레스 데이터처럼 큰수의 싸이클을 갖는 하측 채널의 보간 데이터를 사용한 교정 어드레스 데이터를 기초로 하여 작은 수 싸이클을 갖는 상측 채널의 보간 데이터를 구비하는 보간 에러의 교정에 의해 얻어진 대응된 어드레스 교정 데이터에서 기억하기 위한 ROM을 구비하는 절대 위치 인코더에 있어서, 이동 본체의 절대 위치는 상기 가장 하측 채널보다 높은 상측 채널의 교정 데이터 및 가장 큰 싸이클을 갖는 가장 하측 채널의 어드레스 데이터에 따라 판독되는 보간 데이터의 합성에 의해 검색되며, 상기 교정 데이터는 상기 교정 어드레스 데이터를 기초로 하여 판독되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절대 위치 인코더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 하측 채널의 보간 데이터는 데이터 A를 얻기 위해 2진수로 변환되며, 상기 측채널의 보간 데이터는 데이터 B를 얻기 위한 2진수로 변환되며,은 상기 채널 각각의 많은 분할 2n(n은 정수)을 사용하여 2진수에 의해 계산되며, "1"은 상기 계산된 데이터의(n+1)번째 비트가 "1"일 때 계산된 데이터의n번째 비트에 더해지며, 더해지고 교정된n비트 계산 데이터가 상기 상측 채널의 교정 데이터로서 제공되며, 반면에 상기 n비트 계산 데이터는 직접적으로 상기 계산된 데이터의(n+1)번째 데이터가 "0"일 때 상측 채널의 교정 데이터로서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절대 위치 인코더.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
