Claims (1)

  1. (a) 약 650-1000℃의 미리 결정된 온도까지 가열된 티타늄, 알루미늄 및 아연의 제1용융 합금과 고체인 +4가 티타늄 알칼리 금속 플루오티타네이트 염을 첫 번째 단계에 주입해서 상기 +4가 티타늄 염을 +3가 티타늄 염으로 환원시키고 약 20-47 중량%의 +3가 티타늄 염을 0가 티타늄 금속으로 환원시키며 상기 제1용융 합금내의 알루미늄을 알루미늄 플루오라이드 염으로 산화시켜 알루미늄 플루오라이드염과 +3가 티타늄 염의 제1용융 염 및 0.2중량% 미만의 알루미늄과 티타늄 및 아연의 제2용융 합금을 얻는데, 여기서 상기 제1용융 합금의 열 및 +4가 티타늄 염과 +3가 티타늄 염의 환원으로 생성된 반응열은 상기 고체인 +4가 티타늄 염을 가열하고 용융시키며 상기 첫 번째 단계의 반응물과 생성물 온도를 약 650-1000℃의 상기 미리 결정된 온도로 유지시키고 : (b) 최소한 일부분의 상기 제1용융 염을 상기 첫 번째 단계로부터 회수하며 : (c) 최소한 일부분의 상기 제2용융 염을 상기 첫 번째 단계로부터 회수하고 ; (d) 약 650-1000℃의 상기 미리 결정된 온도로 가열된 상기 제1용융 염 및 약 425-450℃의 온도로 가열된 알루미늄과 아연의 제3용융합금을 두 번째 단계에 주입해서 상기 제2용융 합금내 약 20-30중량%의 알루미늄을 알루미늄 플루오라이드 염으로 산화시키고 상기 제1용융 염내의 +3가의 티타늄 염을 0가 티타늄 금속으로 환원시켜 티타늄, 알루미늄 및 아연의 상기 제1용융 합금 및 약 0.5중량% 미만의 티타늄을 함유하는 제2용융 염을 얻는데, 여기서 제1용융 염의 열과 발열반응에 의한 열은 상기 제3용융 합금을 약 650-1000℃의 상기 미리 결정된 온도까지 가열하고 상기 두 번째 단계의 반응물과 생성물 온도를 상기 미리 결정된 온도로 유지시키며 상기 제3용융 합금내의 4 mole 알루미늄이 상기 첫 번째 단계에 주입된 고체인 +4가 티타늄 알칼리 금속 플루오티라네이트 염내의 티타늄 3 mole 씩에 대해 상기 단계에 주입되고 : (e) 최소한 일부분의 상기 제2용융 염을 상기 두 번째 단계로부터 회수하며 : (f) 최소한 일부분의 상기 제1용융 합금을 상기 두 번째 단계로부터 회수하고 이것을| 상기 첫 번째 단계에 주입하는데, 알루미늄-아연 합금으로서의 알루미늄 +4가 티타늄 알칼리금속 플루오티타네이트 염으로서의 티타늄이 4알루미늄 대 3 티타늄의 몰비로 상기 공정에 주입되는 단계로 구성되고 단열방법으로 실행되는, 억류 환원방법에 의한 티타늄 플루오티타네이트 염의 환원으로 0가 티타늄을 제조하는 방법.
