Claims (7)

  1. 용융강의 표면아래 다량의 산소함유 기류를 내화라이닝으로부터 상당한 거리로 이격된 반응구역으로 도입하고 다량의 산화성 비탄소질 연료를 반응 구역속으로 충분히 공급하여 산소함유 기류에 의한 산화 반응으로 용융강의 온도를 소정온도까지 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방된 상부내화라이닝 레이들 속에 담겨진 용융강의 가열방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화성 연료는 알루미늄 또는 실리콘을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방된 상부 내화라이닝 레이들 속에 담겨진 용융강의 가열방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화성 연료는 와이어 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 개방된 상부내화라이닝 레이들 속에 담겨진 용융강의 가열방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비빈응성 개스는 산소함유 개스와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방된 상부 내화라이닝 레이들 속에 담겨진 용융강의 가열방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 산소함유 개스가 레이들 속의 용융강 깊이의 15-40%의 위치에 있는 다수의 지점에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방된 상부 내화라이닝 레이들 속에 담겨진 용융강의 가열방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 비반응성 개스는 산소함유 기류와 같은 위치에서 용융강 속으로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방된 상부 내화라이닝 레이들 속에 담겨진 용융강의 가열방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 산소함유 개스는 소모랜스를 통하여 도입되며 소모랜스의 출구는 일정한 깊이로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개방된 상부 내화라이닝 레이들 속에 담겨진 용융강의 가열방법.
