Claims (10)
- 하이드록시방향족 화합물의 프로파르길 에테르를 제조하기에 충분한 반응 조건하에, 상 전이 촉매의 존재하 알카리성 시약의 수용액중에서, 하이드록시방향족 화합물을 프로파르길 할라이드와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하이드록시방향족 화합물의 프로파르길 에테르를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응을 대기압하에, 0℃ 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로파르길 할라이드가 하기 일반식(Ⅶ)으로 나타나며, 상 전이 촉매가 하기 일반식(Ⅷ)의 4급 암모늄, 포스포늄 또는 아르소늄염 ; 분자량이 200 내지 50,000인 일반식 H(OCH2CH2)nOH의 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) ; 분자량이 200 내지 50,000인 일반식(X)의 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜 알킬 에테르) ; 크라운 에테르 ; 및 크립테이트 중에서 선택되는 방법.상기식에서, Hal은 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이고, Z는 4가의 암모늄, 포스포늄 또는 아르보늄 이온이고, Y는 적합한 모든 짝이온이며, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 50의 방향족 또는 알칼방향족 잔기이고, R은 탄소수 1 내지 50의 알킬 그룹이다.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알칼리성 시약이 수산화 나트륨, 수산화 칼륨, 수산화 리튬 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로파르길 할라이드가 프로파르길 클로라이드 또는 프로파르길 브로마이드인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상 전의 촉매가 중합체 지지체에 결합되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 형성된 하이드록시 방향족 화합물의 고체 프로파르길 에테르를 용액으로부터 여과하고 이 고체 생성물을 몰 및 이소프로판올로 세척하여 95% 이상의 순도를 갖는 이론치 수율 85 내지 97%의 생성물을 회수함을 추가의 특징으로 하느 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
