제 1 도는 본 발명에 따라 나선형으로 주름진 직조된 맥관 관단면의 사시도. 제 2 도는 본 발명에 따라 나선형으로 주름진 직조된 맥관의 두갈래 이식재 단면의 사시도. 제 3 도는 제 1 도 및 제 2 도에 사용된 능사(綾系) - 이중사사(系紗) 및 가제 직물을 도시한 이식재 벽 표면의 단편 평면도.

Claims (13)

  1. 천으로 형성된 관으로 이루어지고 그 내부를 통해 혈액을 운반시키는 맥관계에 부착 가능하며, 이때 그천은 관의 축방향으로 뻗어있는 복수의 날실 및 그 관의 원주 방향으로 연속된 복수의 씨실로 짜여진 직물이고, 상기 날실을 전형적으로 이중사사 세트와 평사 및 능사의 교대 순서를 갖는 세트로 이루어진 형태이며 이때 각 평사 및 능사 세트는 전형적으로 이중 능사 세트의 사이에 인접하여 존재하며, 이때 각 이중사사 세트는 최소한 두쌍의 인접한 교차 날실로 이루어지고, 각 평상 및 능사 세트는 평사, 능사, 평사, 능사의 교대 순서로된 적어도 네가닥의 실로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 능사는 상기 천의 오직 한 면에서만 벨벳 루프를 형성하여, 그 결과, 동맥 이식재로서 상기 천은 상피화를 가능케하고 실질적으로 출혈을 방지하는 다공성을 가지며 상기 관의 축에 관한 각도로 절다시 실질적으로 풀리지 않음을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실이 짜여진 64데니어/144 필라멘트 폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 초기 직조시 상기 직조형태가 140 - 170 가닥/inch의 범위인 날실 및 60 - 80 가닥/inch의 범위인 씨실로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 벨벳사를 제외한 상기의 모든 날실 및 씨실을 직조전에 방축 가공시킴을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 수축후 상기 직물이 140 - 170 수/inch의 범위인 날실 및 70 -80수/inch의 범위인 씨실로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 모든실이 1inch의 길이당 약 1 1/2회전수를 가지도록 짜여짐을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 평사/능사 세트가 3/1 능사와 1/1 평사의 교대로 이루어진 것이 특징인 맥관 이식 보철재.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 평사/능사 세트가 1/1 평사와 3/1 능사가 교대로 직조된 4 - 8 가닥의 날실로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 평사/능사 세트의 한 능사 가닥의 루프를 다음에 이어지는 능사 가닥의 루프에 대한 한 씨실 가닥에 의하여 축방향으로 배치시킴을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  10. 제 6 항에 있어서, 각각의 평사/능사 세트에 대하여 한 평사가닥을 다음의 평사가닥에 대한 한 씨실 가닥에 의하여 세로 방향으로 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기관이 최초 직경이 처음부분으로 이루어지고, 그 처음부분의 한 말단부위가 두갈래로 갈라져서 상기 초기 직경보다 직경이 작은 두관으로 뻗어 있음을 특징으로 하는 맥관 이식 보철재.
  12. 약 5그램의 장력하에서 약 80,000 - 90,000rpm으로 하여 1inch당 약 1 1/2의 회전수를 갖도록 방적하고 약 360°F의 온도에서 경화시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 64d/144 필라멘트사의 직조 방법.
  13. 약 5 ±2 그램의 장력하에서 약 85,000 ±10rpm으로 하여 1 ±1/2inch당 1 1/2의 회전수를 갖도록 방적한 다음, 360°±150°F에서 상기 실을 가열시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 64데니어/144 필라멘트 폴리에스테르사의 직조방법.
