Claims (8)

  1. 측면의 강도가 비교적 약한 용기 본체(1), 본체(1)의 저면 외측에 부착된 알미늄 같은 열전도성이 우수한 물질로된 저판(2) 및 저판 외측에 부착된 자화성 물질로된 기판(3)으로 구성된 남비 또는 프라이팬같은 조리 용기에 있어서, 기판(3)이 닉켈 또는 닉켈 합금으로 되었거나 또는 닉켈 또는 닉켈 합금으로 된 중간판(4)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조리용기.
  2. 청구범위 1 항에서, 기판(3)이 닉켈 또는 닉켈 합금으로 된 중간판(4)과 스테인레스 스틸로된 보호판(5)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 조리용기.
  3. 청구범위 1 항 또는 2항에서, 닉켈 합금이 Ni 50 - 100%, Cr 6%이하, Mo 6%이하, Cu 14% 이하, Mn 6%이하, si 1.5%이하, C 0.7%이하 및 나머지 Fe로 조성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조리용기.
  4. 청구범위 1 항 내지 3항 중의 한 항에서, 닉켈 합금이 Ni 70 - 80%, 특히 75% ; Cr 1 - 3%, 특히 2% ; Cu 3 - 7%, 특히 5% ; Mn 0.3 - 0.7%, 특히 0.5% ; Si 0.1 - 0.3%, 특히 0.2% ; C 0.001 - 0.0.1%, 특히 0.02% 및 나머지 Fe로 조성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조리용기.
  5. 청구범위 1 내지 3항 중의 어느 한 항에서, 닉켈 합금이 Ni 75 - 85%, 특히 80%, Mo 4 - 6%, 특히 5% ; Mn 0.3 - 0.7%, 특히 0.5% ; Si 0.2 - 0.4%, 특히 0.3 ; C 0.001 - 0.01%, 특히 0.02% 및 나머지 Fe 로 조성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조리용기.
  6. 청구범위 1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 한 항에서, 닉켈 또는 합금으로된 기판(3) 또는 중간판(4)이 0.2 - 2mm의 강도를 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 조리용기.
  7. 청구범위 1항 내지 6항 중의 어느 한 항에서, 기판(3)의 강도가 본체(1) 측벽의 강도와 유사함을 특징으로 하는 조리용기.
  8. 청구범위 1항 내지 7항 중의 어느 한 항에서, 본체(1) 저면 외측의 저판(2)과 저판(2)외측의 기판(3)사이에 고온 고압에 적응할 수 있도록 하기 위한 알미늄 포일(6)이 삽설됨을 특징으로 하는 조리 용기.
