Claims (9)
- 코일에 전압 혹은 펄스를 인가하는 이 코일의 축선에 따라 자성체로 형성된 플랜져를 이동시켜, 이 플랜져의 이동에 따라 유로의 제어를 행하는 전자밸브 혹은 상기 코일의 축선에 따라 상기 플랜져를 이동시킴으로써, 코일의 간극 또는 주파수의 변화로부터 플랜져와 코일의 상대적 위치 변화로부터 변위체의 변위량을 측정하는 변위센서인 솔레노이드장치에 있어서, 상기 플랜져의 적어도 한쪽의 끝단부는 앞이 가늘게 형성된 부분을 1개소 이상가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드장치.
- 전자 코일과, 이 전자 코일의 중심 구멍내를 축선방향으로 이동 가능하게 배치됨과 동시에, 끝단부가 앞이 가늘게 형성된 부분을 1개소 이상 갖도록 형성된 플랜져와, 상기 플랜져에 연결됨과 동시에 유로내의 유체의 유량 혹은 유로를 조정하는 밸브기구를 구비하고, 상기 전자코일에 인가하는 전압 혹은 펄스를 변화시킴으로서 상기 플랜져의 이동량을 변화시켜 상기 밸브기구를 작동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜져의 앞이 가느다란 부분은 앞끝단에 있어서 이 플랜져의 직경과 같은 폭을 가진 부분을 l개소 이상 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브기구는, 바늘 형상을 이루고, 상기 플랜져의 이동에 따라 유로안벽과의 간극을 변화시켜 유량을 조정 가능한 제어축을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브기구는, 바깥둘레면이 테이퍼면으로 형성되어, 상기 플랜져의 이동에 따라 유로안벽과의 간극을 변화시켜 유량을 조정 가능한 밸브체를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자밸브.
- 제 2 항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 밸브기구는, 연략용 유로가 형성되어, 상기 플랜져의 이동에 따라 연락하는 유로를 전환 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 밸브.
- 코일과 코일의 중심 구멍내를 축선방향으로 이동 가능한 자성체로 형성된 플랜져와를 구비하고, 상기 코일 혹은 플랜져를 다이어프램이나 플로트 등의 피측정물의 변위량을 검지하기 위한 변위체와 연결하고, 코일의 리액턴스 혹은 주파수변화에 따라 변위체의 변위량을 측정하는 변위센서에 있어서, 상기 플랜져는 앞이 가늘게 형성된 부분을 1개소 이상 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 센서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜져를 상기 변위체와 연결하고, 비자성체로 형성되어, 바깥둘레에 숫나사부가 형성되어, 안벽면에서 상기 플랜져의 이동을 안내하는 통체를 형성하여, 상기 코일 혹은 코일과 일체의 코일틀을 이 통체에 대하여 통체의 둘레에 회동이 자유롭고 또한 축선방향으로는 이동이 불가능하게 밖에서 끼우고, 상기 통체의 숫나사부에 나사식으로 부착이 가능한 암나사부를 가지며, 변위센서 본체에 대하여서는 소정위치에 고정되어, 나사식으로 부착된 통체가 회동될때에는 통체의 축선방향의 이동을 안내하는 지지수단을 마련하여, 상기 코일을 상기 변위 센서본체에 대하여 코일의 축선방향으로 붙었다 떨어졌다할 수 있게 하고, 또한 회동이 불가능하게 안내하는 가이드 수단을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 센서.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜쳐를 상기 변위체와 연결하고, 비자성체로 형성되고, 바깥둘레에 숫나사부가 형성되어, 안쪽벽면에 상기 플랜져의 이동을 안내하는 통체를 마련하고, 상기 코일은, 코일틀의 중심구멍에 암나사부가 형성되어, 상기 통체의 숫나사부에 나사식으로 부착이 가능하게 설치하고, 상기 통체를, 변위센서본체에 대하여서는 붙었다 떨어졌다할 수 없게 하고, 또한 축선을 중심으로 회동이 가능하게 지지하는 지지수단을 설치하여 상기 통체에 나사식으로 부착된 상기 코일이, 통체가 회동될때, 코일의 축선방향으로 안내함과 동시에 회동을 저지하기 위한 가이드 수단을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 변위 센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
