제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 있어서의 로의 제2도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선에 연하는 종단면도, 제2도는 상반부가 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선에 연하여 단면 표시한 평면도, 제3도는 가공물 재치대와 턴테이블과 포크의 관계만을 표시한 부분사시도.

Claims (15)

  1. 단열재로 의해 내장된 로벽에 둘러쌓이고 소정의 열분위기로 유지되는 로내에서 가공물의 가열이나 열처리등을 행하는 로이며 상로내를 상하로 분활하여 적어도 제1 및 제2로실을 칸막이하기 위한 수평방향으로 설치된 격벽과 상기 제1로실내에 설치되고 수평방향으로 회전가능하게 지지되고 그 상면에 가공물을 재치하는 제1턴테이블과 상기 제2로실내에 설치되고 상기 제1턴테이블과는 독립되어 수평방향으로 회전가능하게 지지되고 그 상면에 상기 가공물을 재치하는 제2턴테이블과 상기 로벽의 소정위치에 형성된 개구부를 통해서 로외부로부터 각 턴테이블에 대하여 가공물을 출입시키는 가공물 반송수단과, 상기 제1 및 제2로실을 각각 상이한 온도로 설정하기 위한 제1 및 제2가열수단을 가진 로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격벽의 외주부이면에는 상기 로벽의 내주면으로부터 중심방향으로 돌출하는 환상돌기가 위치하여 구성되는 로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격벽은 상기 제2턴테이블상에 지지부재에 의하여 소정의 간극을 두고 지지되며, 상기 제2턴테이블과 더불어 회전할 수 있도록 구성되는 로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격벽의 외주부는 상기 로벽의 내주면내에 삽입고정되어 구성되는 로.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1턴테이블은 대략 직립되는 제1회전축의 상단에 부착되고 상기 제2턴테이블은 상기 제1회전축을 그 내부에 회전가능하게 삽입한 중공의 제2회전축의 상단에 부착되어 구성된 로.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1턴테이블은 복수의 높이방향으로 배치된 원통상의 가공물의 지지부재로 구성되고 각 가공물의 지지부재의 외주부의 상면에는 상기 가공물을 재치하는 재치대부재가 설치되어 구성되는 로.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1턴테이블의 중심부에는 개구를 가지며 이 개구에는 중심부로부터 외부로 향하여 순환송풍하는 송풍수단이 설치되어 구성되는 로.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2턴테이블의 외주부에는 접선방향으로 순환송풍하는 송풍수단이 설치되는 구성의 로.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1턴테이블의 중심부에는 개구를 가지며, 이 개구에는 중심부로부터 외측으로 향하여 순환송풍하는 제1송풍수단이 설치되고, 상기 제2턴테이블의 외주부에는 그접선방향으로 순환송풍하는 제2송풍수단이 설치되는 구성의 로.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구부에는 상기 제1 및 제2로실의 어느한쪽과 연통하는 부분을 개폐가능케하는 덮개체가 설치되는 구성의 로.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2로실의 한쪽에는 그 로실내의 가열수단에 의하여 침탄온도가 설정되고 다른쪽로실에는 가열수단에 의하여 확산온도로 제어되도록 구성되는 로.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2로실의 한쪽은 단조용등의 가열로로 사용되며 다른쪽로실은 열처리로로서 사용되도록 구성되는 로.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 송풍수단의 외측에는 이 송풍수단으로부터의 바람을 원주방향 외향으로 확산시키기 위한 디퓨저날개차 부재가 설치되는 구성의 로.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 송풍수단은 상기 로벽의 저부에 환상으로 설치되는 요부내에 설치되는 구성의 로.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 덮개체는 유압 혹은 기압실린더에 의하여 개폐가능하게 구성되는 로.
