Claims (10)

  1. 공단량체를 기체상으로 하나 이상의 반응대 내에서 중합 반응 조건하에 (ⅰ)마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐, 및 내부 전자 공여제로서 모노-또는 폴리카복실산 에스테르를 포함하는 촉매 전구체 ; (ⅱ) 하이드로카빌알루미늄 조촉매 ; 및 (ⅲ) 선택성 조절제로서 모노-또는 폴리카복실산 에스테르를 함유하는 촉매 시스템(여기에서, 선택성 조절제는 내부 전자 공여제와 상이하고, 알루미늄 티탄의 원자비는 약 5 내지 약 300범위이다)과 접촉시켜 둘 이상의 공단량체, 프로필렌 및 에틸렌을 공중합시키는 방법에 있어서, 반응대의 온도는 약 50내지 약 110℃범위이며 ; 알루미늄 : 선택성 조절제의 몰비는 약 0.5 내지 약 5범위이고 ; 프로필렌 부분압은 약50 내지 약 450psi 범위이며 ; 에틸렌 부분압은 약 0.25 내지 약 25psi 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 : 선택성 조절제의 몰비가 약 1 내지 약 3범위인 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응대의 온도가 약 60 내지 약 90℃범위인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 프로필렌 부분압이 약 100 내지 약 400psi 범위인 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 에틸렌 부분압이 약 1 내지 약 15psi 범위인 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 공정을 연속적으로 수행하고, 반응대가 유동상인 방법.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하이드로카빌 알루미늄 조촉매가 트리알킬알루미늄인 방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부 전자 공여제가 에틸벤조에이트이고, 선택성 조절제가 파라-에톡시 에틸 벤조에이트인 방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하이드로카빌 알루미늄 조촉매가 트리에틸알루미늄인 방법.
