Claims (8)

  1. 페놀 전부와 메르캅탄의 일부가 반응기 또는 첫번째 반응기 내로 주입되고 나머지 메르캅탄이 반응기 길이를 따라 또는 연이온 반응기들내에 주입되는 반응기 또는 일련의 반응기 내에서 양이온 교환 수지 촉매와 메르캅탄 조-촉매의 존재하에 페놀과 케톤을 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 비스페놀의 제조 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 조-촉매가 알킬 메르캅탄인 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 조 촉매가 메틸 메르캅탄 또는 n-펜틸 메르캅탄인 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산이 산성 양이온 교환 수지인 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 수지가 술폰화된 스티렌-디비닐벤젠 공중합체, 술폰화된 가교 결합된 스티렌중합체, 페놀-포름알데히드-술폰산 수지 및 벤젠-포름알데히드-술폰산 수지로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 수지가 마크로 공질 수지(macroreticulat resin)인 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 수지가 마이크로 공질 수지(microreticular resin) 인 방법.
  8. 제 1 내지 제 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페놀이 아세톤과 반응하는 방법.
