제 1 도는 사용자에게 공급되는 밀폐된 상태를 도시하는 본 발명에 따른 음료 분배기의 사시도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 상태를 회전시킨 사용중인 상태로써 내부 구조를 도시하기 위해 하우징이 부분적으로 개방된 상태를 도시한다. 제 3 도는 사용중인 상태의 분배기의 수직 단면도. 제 4 도는 분배기의 수평 단면도. 제 5 도는 하우징을 만드는 판지 블랭크의 평면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 기화 음료용 분배기에 있어서, 하우징, 상기 하우징내의 기화 음료의 용기, 음료 용기를 가스로 마무리 하기 위한 상기 하우징 내의 가스 용기 및 상기 용기들에 작동식으로 연결되고 사용자에게 수동으로 접근 할 수 있는 단일 분배 밸브 유닛을 구비하며, 상기 밸브 유닛은 작동시 음료를 분배함과 아울러 가스 용기로 부터 해제되어 음료 용기로 공급되는 가스로 마무리 하도록 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분배 밸브 유닛은 음료의 두 용기의 출구에 직접 장착되고 각각 가스로 마무리 됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 음료 용기는 사용중의 상기 분배 밸브 유닛에 대한 음료의 중력공급을 위해, 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 역전된 상태로 상기 하우징내에 장착 및 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  4. 상기 항들중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가스로 마무리 하는 상기 용기는 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 역전된 상태로 상기 하우징내에 장착 및 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  5. 제 2 항, 3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 음료 용기는 하우징에서 횡방향으로 경사진 역전된 위치로 장착되고, 가스 용기는 하우징의 한 측면상에서 수직 역전 위치로 장착되고, 밸브 유닛은 가스용기 바로 아래의 하우징의 바닥 가장자리에 인접하여 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 음료 용기는 하우징의 바닥상에 지지되고, 밸브 유닛은 음료 용기의 출구로부터 현수됨과 동시에 하우징 바닥에 의해 지지되며, 가스 용기는 밸브 유닛상에 장착되고 밸브 유닛에 의해 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 음료용기 및 가스 용기는 하우징의 측벽에 의해 측방향으로 지지됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 두 용기 및 밸브 유닛의 상호 연결된 조합체는 하우징의 벽에 의해 사방으로 단단히 지지되도록 하우징내에 꼭맞게 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  9. 상기 항들중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 판지, 골판지, 또는 유사한 경량의 절첩 가능한 재료로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 사용자가 상기 분배 밸브 유닛에 3g근 하도록 제거 가능한 부분을 갖는 폐쇄된 상자인 것을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
  11. 제 9 항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 상자의 두 측벽에는 연속적으로 힌지식으로 상호 연결된 판넬이, 첫째, 상자의 인접한 단부벽의 최내측 층을 형성하는 판넬, 둘째, 상기 가스 용기와 상기 밸브 유닛을 각각 측방향으로 지지하는 상부 및 하부 판넬부, 셋째, 상기 음료 용기를 측방향으로 지지하는 판넬, 그리고 마지막으로 이 판넬 구조를 안정화 하기 위해 음료용기와 상자의 상기 측벽사이에서 접어올린 플랩을 구비하는 힌지된 연장부가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 기화 음료용 분배기.
