제 1 도는 본 발명의 주둥이 제작의 한 형태를 보여주는 박공 카톤용기의 두부(top)의 부분사시도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도와 비슷한 사시도이나, 주둥이를 생략함으로써 카톤용기 상부 표면부분과 그의 주둥이를 덮은 선택한 지역에 첫번째로 위치하는 강화지지대을 좀더 명확하게 보여주는 사시도. 제 3 도는 한형태에서 제 1 도의 주둥이 베작부분들을 보이는 정면도. 제 4 도는 본 발명의 주둥이 제작의 또 다른 교체형태를 보이는 박공지붕 카톤용기의 두부의 부분 사시도. 제 5 도는 분해한 형태에서 제 4 도의 주둥이 제작 부분들을 보이는 단면도. 제 6 도는 제 1 도와 유사한 본 발명의 주둥이 제작을 보이는 평면지붕 용기의 두부의 부분사시도. 제 7 도는 분해한 형태에서 제 6 도의 주둥이 제작부분들을 보이는 정면도. 제 8 도는 닫힌 상태에서의 강화지대와 관계하는 다른 제작을 제외한 카톤 블랭크(단편의)상에 있는 제1-3, 6 그리고 7도의 그것과 유사한 주둥이 기구의 설계도. 제 9 도는 열린 상태에서의 제 8 도의 기구의 설계도.

Claims (8)

  1. 액체를 담고 따르기 위한 카톤용기용 페이퍼보오드 블랭크에 있어서 : (a) 상부 표면부, (b) 전술한 상부표면부에 선택된 영역에서 접착방식으로 고착되어 있는 보강지지대, (c) 전술한 상부표면부 선택영역에 접착방식으로 고착되어 있는 편평바닥부를 포함하는 기저부를 갖고 적어도 부분적으로 보강지지대를 덮는 주둥이기구,(d) 전술한 기저부에 제거 가능하게 고착되어 있는 덮개부를 갖는 주둥이 기구를 가져, 전술한 덮개부를 제거함에 의해 주둥이기구에 가해지는 변형이 주둥이기구의 편평바닥 면적보다 넓은 면적위로 보강지지대에 의해 분포되어 그 때문에 주둥이기구가 상부표면부로부터 찢겨져 나감을 방지하는 주둥이기구를 포함함에 틀림없는 카톤용기용 페이퍼보오드 블랭크.
  2. 제 1 항에 따른 블랭크로 만들어진 카톤용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 주둥이기구가 적어도 부분적으로 플라스틱으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 블랭크.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 주둥이 부분들이 플라스틱으로된 단일 부분품으로 형성되고 접는선을 따라 상호연결됨을 특징으로 하는 블랭크.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 보강지지대가 플라스틱으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 블랭크.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 주둥이기구 부분들이 서로 열접합되고 보강지지대에 기저부가 열접합되고 강화지지대가 블랭크 지붕표면에 열접합됨을 특징으로 하는 블랭크.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 보강지지대가 적어도 1mil에서 6mil 폴리에틸렌 부분으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 블랭크.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 블랭크가 폴리에틸렌으로 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 블랭크.
