1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 유리섬유 제조장치의 개요를 도시한 단면도. 제2도는 제1도의 부분단면도. 제3도는 제1도의 제조장치에 의해서 얻어진 유리섬유의 단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 어스펙트비가 3 ~ 7의 유리섬유가 35 ~ 40중량% 폴리카아보네이트에 분산된 성형체로 이루어진 카메라렌즈통.
  2. 유리를 용기내에서 용융하는 공정과, 상기 용기의 바닥부에 형성된 미세구멍으로부터 유리섬유를 인출하는 공정과, 상기 유리섬유에 소정의 간격으로 오목부를 형성하는 공정과, 상기 유리섬유를 고화하는 공정과, 상기 오목부가 형성된 유리섬유를 소정의 간격으로 절단하는 공정과, 상기 절단된 유리섬유를 소정량 수지와 혼합해서, 사출성형하는 공정을 가진 카메라렌즈통의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 유리섬유에 직경에 3배 ~ 7배의 간격으로 오목부를 형성하는 카메라렌즈통의 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 유리섬유를 35 ~ 40중량% 수지와 혼합해서 이루어진 카메라렌즈통의 제조방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 수지가 폴리카아보네이트인 카메라렌즈통의 제조방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 유리섬유를 꺾어 구부림으로서 오목부로부터 절단하는 카메라렌즈통의 제조방법.
  7. 유리를 용융하는 수단과, 상기 용융된 유리를 섬유형상으로 해서 인출하는 동시에, 유리섬유에 오목부를 형성하는 수단과, 상기 유리섬유를 고화하는 수단과, 상기 오목부가 형성된 유리섬유를 소정의 간격으로 절단하는 수단과, 상기 절단된 유리섬유를 수지와 혼합하여, 사출성형하는 수단을 가지고 이루어진 카메라렌즈통의 제조장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 유리를 섬유형상으로 해서 인출하고, 오목부를 형성하는 수단이 이송로울과 성형로울로 이루어지고, 이 2개의 로울사이로 유리섬유를 통과시키는 것이 카메라렌즈통의 제조장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 성형로울에 소정의 간격으로 돌기부가 형성되어 이루어진 카메라렌즈통의 제조장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성형로울에 형성된 돌기부의 간격이 유리섬유 직경의 3배 ~ 7배인 카메라렌즈통의 제조장치.
