Claims (8)

  1. 겉보기 밀도가 적어도 350g/리터인 분산 건조된 파우더는 샤프트가 길이(중심 축으로부터)는 드럼의 내부 반경의 80% 내지 98%인 방사상으로 배열된 충돌 기구로 장치되고 축 방향 회전용으로 장착되고, 샤프트의 회전 속도가 드럼내 파우더의 평균 보유시간이 10 내지 60초 이고 파우더 처리량을 균일하게 하기 위해 프로우드 지수가 50 내지 1000이고, 비이온 계면활성제의 반이하, 그러나 5% 이하(세제에 대해)가 분사 건조된 파우더내에 잔존하고 비이온 계면활성제의 잔류분이 혼합기에 액체형으로 도입되는 방식으로 조절되는 평형한 내부 벽면의 실린더형, 수평으로 배열되거나 약간 기울어진(수평에 대해) 혼합 드럼에 계속적으로 도입됨을 특징으로 하는
    A) 적어도 1종의 음이온 계면활성제 4 내지 20중량%
    B) 적어도 1종의 비이온 계면활성제 2 내지 20중량%
    C)적어도 1종의 조립제 20 내지 50중량%
    D)세척성 알칼리 3 내지 25중량%
    E)고온 분사 건조되는 다른 세제 구성성분 0 내지 30중량%를 함유하는 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 회전 기구의 길이가 드럼의 내부 반경의 85% 내지 96%인 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 타워 파우더의 겉보기 밀도가 적어도 400g/1인 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파우더의 평균 보유 시간이 20 내지 50초인 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로우드 지수가 100 내지 1000인 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파우더의 온도가 50℃를 상회하지 않는 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미세하게 절단된 건조 제올라이트의 0.5 내지 3중량%가 첨가되고 파우더와 혼합되는 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 파우더 성분이 동시에 가공되는 분사 건조되고, 포스페이트가 감소된 세제 성분의 밀도를 상승시키는 방법.
