제 1 도는 본 발명의 따른 밀을 제 2 도의 Ⅰ-Ⅰ선을 따라 자른 부분절단의 평면도. 제 2 도는 제 1 도의 밀을 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ선을 따라 잘라 본 부분절단 측면도. 제 3 도는 제 1 도에서 도시된 밀의 분해사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. 광석등을 분쇄하기 위한 햄마 밀로써, 내측에 갑판(armor plates)(18)으로 씌운 원통형 케이스(1)와, 케이스(1)에 축받이되고 다수의 햄마(16)를 가진 로터(8)와, 로터(8)상의 각 햄마(16)는 갑판(18)을 대하는 위치에 고정하기 위한 앙카수단(17)을 포함하는 타입의 광석분쇄용 햄마 밀에 있어서, 전술한 앙카수단(17)이 로터(8)의 주변에 형성되고 실질적으로 도브테일형의 외부로 모아지도록 배열된 대향벽(26)을 가지는 장부구멍(mortise)(13)과, 햄마(16)의 일체로 형성되고 장부구멍(13)의 형상에 맞는 단면형상을 가지며 그의 벽(26)과 정합하는 장부(tenon)(14)를 포함하고, 장부(14)가 회전하는 로터에 의해 햄마에 가해지는 원심력에 의해 전술한 장부구멍(13)의 벽(26) 사이에 안정한 형태로 그 자신을 쐐기박음하도록 밀어주게됨을 특징으로 하는 햄마밀(hammer mill).
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 장부구멍(13)의 대향벽(26)이 5-20 범위의 그들 사이의 각(알파)를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 햄마 밀.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 전술한 각(알파)가 10 임을 특징으로 하는 햄마 밀.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 장갑판(18)이 일렬로 놓인 원호의 분절형태이고 여기서 각 분절은 피봇핀(20)상에 회동방식으로 장착된 제 1 단부(19)와 반경방향으로 조절가능한 핀(22)에 고착된 제 2 말단부(21)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 햄마 밀.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 열(row)의 연결갑판(18)이 공통의 피봇핀(20)에 회동가능하게 장착되고 병치된 제 1 단부(19)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 햄마 밀.
