Abstract

알루미늄 가공을 위해 우선적으로 의도된 밀링 커더 헤드는 절삭 삽입체 보유 카트리지(2) 및 간격판(3)에 장착된다. 접촉 상태에 있는 카트리지의 측면 및 간격판은 동일한 방향으로 세레이션되어 있다. 간격판의 다른 측면 및 이와 접촉하는 홈의 측벽은 제1세레이션에 수직한 방향으로 세레이션형으로 되어있다. 이런 방식에 있어서, 측벽은 축방향 및 방사상으로 모두 서로 독립적으로 정밀하게 절삭 엣지를 조절 가능하다.

세레이션 카트리지를 구비한 밀링 커터 헤드 (MILLING CUTTER HEAD WITH SERRATED CARTRIDGES)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 하나의 절삭 위치를 분해하여 도시한 밀링 커터 헤드의 사시도이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 삽입체 보유 카트리지를 도시한 분해도이다.
제3도는 내장 카트리지 및 간격판을 구비한 카트리지홈의 평면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 간격판의 분해도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 절삭 삽입체가 밀링 커더 헤드의 외주 주위의 홈(4) 내에 위치한 카트리지(2)에 의해 지지됨으로써 간격판(3)의 각가의 홈에 배치되도록 된 밀링 커터 헤드에 있어서, 상기 각 홈의 한쪽 측벽(16)은 세레이션 처리도어 간격판 상의 대응 세레이션 처리된 면과 접촉하고, 카트리지의 한쪽 면(15)은 세레이션 처리되어 간격판(3)의 제1세레이션 측면(18)에 대향한 간격판의 다른 대응 세레이션 측면(17)과 접촉하며, 간격판의 두개의 측면(17,18) 상의 세레이션 방향이 서로 거의 수직한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 헤드.
  2. 제l항에 있어서, 서로 대면한 각각의 홈(4)의 두개의 측벽(16,20)은 원심력에 대향한 카트리지(2) 및 간격판(3)을 고정하기 위해 방사 외향 수렴하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 헤드.
  3. 제1항 또는 저2항에 있어서, 카트리지(2)를 축방향으로 조절하기 위한 편심탭(8)이 카트리지(2)에 대해 방사상으로 내측으로 배열됨으로써, 편심 탭(8)의 혜드는 카트리지의 방사상 내측면 상의 요홈 또는 홈(13)내에 위치하고, 카트리지(2)에는 상기 요홈 또는 홈(13)까지 이어지는 구멍(10)이 제공되며 이 구멍은 편심탭(8)을 회전시키기 위한 적절한 키이를 삽입하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 헤드.
  4. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카트리지(2)의 방상 방향 조절을 위한 나사(9)는 카트리지(2)의 방사연장 관통 구멍(11,12) 내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 헤드.
  5. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 또는 복수의 클램핑 나사(7A,7B)는 카트리지의 세레이션형 측면에 대향한 카트리지의 실제로 매끄러운 측면(23)에 대향하여 가압하도록 배치됨으로써, 홈 내에 카트리지 및 간격판 모두를 체결하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 헤드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 카트리지의 다듬질 측면(23)과 홈의 인접한 측벽(20) 사이에 간격을 두고, 상기 간격의 폭은 편심 탭(8)의 헤드의 두께를 b, 홈의 두개의 대향 측빅(16,20) 사이의 각도를 b라 할 때 b·sin α이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 헤드.
  7. 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 홈(4)의 두개의 대면한 측벽(16,20) 사이의 각도는 2 내지 6°이고, 양호하게는 3.5 내지 4.5°인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링 커터 헤드.
