Claims (12)

  1. 로나졸락(Lonazolac), 디클로페낙(Dicolfenac), 플루르비프로펜(Flurbiprofen), 이소프로펜(Ibuprofen) 및 케토프로펜(Ketoprofen) 및 그들의 광학적 활성이성체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 향류마티즘 유효산의 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 항류마티즘 유효산이 디클로페낙인 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르(2-(2-히드록시에톡시) - 에틸 - [2-(2,6-디클로로아닐리노)-페닐아세데이트).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 향류마티즘 유효산이 로나졸락인 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르(2-(2-히드록시에톡시) - 에틸 - [3-(4-클로로페닐 - 1-페닐 - 1H - 피라졸 - 4 - 아세데이트]).
  4. 제1항에 의한 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르의 제조방법에 있어서, 로나졸락, 디클로페낙, 플루르비프로펜, 이부프로펜 및 케토프로펜 그리고 그들의 광학적 활성이성체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 항류마티즘 유효산을, (a)디에틸렌글리콜과 상승된 온도에서, 경우세 따라서는 불활성 유기용제중에서, 산촉매의 존재하에 생성수를 침전시키면서 반응시키거나, 또는 (b)저분자 C₁~C₂알코올과 반응시키고 에스테르 중간 생성물을 염기성 촉매의 존재하에 디에틸렌글리콜과 에스테르교환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 로나졸락, 디클로페낙, 플루르비프로펜, 이부프로펜 및 케토프로펜 그리고 그들의 광학적 활성 이성체로 구성된 항류마티즘 유효산을 80 내지 120℃의 온도에서 반응수를 공비게거함이 없이 디에틸렌글리콜과 반응시키며, 거기에 있어 산몰당 8 내지 15 바람직하게는 10.5 내지 12몰의 과잉의 디에틸렌글리콜을 사용하고 과잉의 디에틸렌글리콜을 알칼리금속수산화물 또는 알칼리토금속수산화물 또는 그들의 탄산염을 중화시킨후 증류제거하거나 또는 물로 추출하며 얻어진 조에스테르를 증류하고 및 /또는 중압액테크로마토그래피에 의해 정제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 의한 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르 및 통상의 갈렌식 보조제를 함유한 의약.
  7. 피부용의 제6항에 의한 의약.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 1내지 20 중량%, 바람직하게는 5내지 10중량%의 농도로 제1항에 의한 디에틸렌글리콜 모노에스테르를 함유한 고약, 겔, 크림 또는 용액의 형인 것을 특징으로 하는 의약.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 10 내지 40중량%의 디메틸술폭시드 및 경우에 따라서는 5 내지 10중량%의 보조제를 추가로 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 의약.
  10. 제6항 내지 9항중의 어느하나에 있어서, 효능물질로서 로나졸락 또는 디클로페낙의 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의약.
  11. 류마티즘 동형단의 질환을 치료하기 위한 의약을 제조하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 의한 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르.
  12. 류마티즘 동형단의 질환을 치료하기 위한 피부용 의약을 제조하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로나졸락 및 디클로페낙의 디에틸렌글리콜모노에스테르.
