제3도는 본 발명예 따라 2진 가중 전류원 장치에서 매트릭스 표면 영역상에 전류원 트랜지스터의 분배를 도시한 도면.

Claims (2)

  1. N개의 2진 가중 전류를 발생시키기 위한 N개의 (N 1) 전류원 Ip(P=1, ..., N)을 구비하며, 상기 전류원은 R행 및 K열의 매트릭스 성분을 구비하는 매트릭스로 배열된(2N-1)개의 실질적으로 동일한 전류원 트랜지스터를 구비하며 매트릭스 성분 각각은 R×K×M=2N이 되도록 M개의 전류원 트랜지스터를 포함하며, 각각의 전류원 Ip은 2P-1개의 전류원 트랜지스터를 구비하는 전류원 장치에 있어서, R 2P-1/M, K 2P-1/M인 각각의 전류원 Ip에 대해서, 각각의 행은 상기 전류원의 실질적으로 2P-1/R. M 매트릭스 성분을 포함하고 각각의 열은 실질적으로 2P-1/K. M 매트릭스 성분을 포함하며 주어진 전류원과 연관된 매트릭스 성분 사이에는 가능한한 실질적으로 최대한의 거리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류원 장치.
  2. N비트 디지탈 입력 신호를 아날로그 출력 신호로 변환하며, N비트 디지탈 입력 신호중M(M N)를 변환하기 위해 M개의 2진 가중 전류를 발생시키는 전류원 장치를 구비하는 디지탈-아날로그 변환기에 있어서, 상기 변환기는 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 전류원 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈-아날로그 변환기.
