Claims (9)
- 기판과, 적어도 한면에 투명한 유전체층을 가지는 무정형 자화 회토류-전이 금속 합금층 및 이 자화 합금층을 통해 빛을 반사시키도록 위치된 반사면을 구비한 마그네토 광학 기록매체에 있어서, 상기 유전체층은 식 SiCx의 실리콘 카바이드로 구성되는데, 여기서 x는 탄소대 실리콘의 몰비로서 1보다 큰 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회토류-전이 금속 합금층은 철, 데르븀 및 코발트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 x는 1.2보다 큰 값을 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체층의 굴절률은 2.0이상이고 3.0이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학기록매체.
- 기판과, 무정형 자화 회토류-전이 합금층과, 이 회토류-전이 금속 합금층의 적어도 한면에 놓인 투명한 유전체층과, 이 자화 합금층을 통해 빛을 반사시키도록 위치된 반사면을 구비한 마그네토 광학 기록매체의 제조방법에 있어서, A) 기판을 제공하는 단계와, B) 마젠토 광학 효과 발생에 효과적인 층을 생성하기 위해 종래의 수단으로 무정형 자화 회토류-전이 금속 합금층을 침전시키는 단계와, C) 실리콘 및 탄소를 포함한 전기전도성 스퍼터링 타게트를 제공하는 단계와, D) 제공되어진 이 타게트로부터 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 처리를 사용해서 식 SiCx(여기서 x는 1보다 큰 값임)의 실리콘 카바이드로 구성되는 유전체층을 침전시키는 단계와, E) 회토류-전이 금속 합금을 투과한 편광을 반사시키는 데 효과적인 층을 생성하기 위해 종래의 수단으로 반사면을 침전시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 회토류-전이 금속 합금층은 철, 테르븀 및 코발트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 x값은 1.2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 처리는 불활성 개스의 부분 압력이 0.01torr보다 작을 때 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 타게트는 실리콘 카바이드와 흑연으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마그네토 광학 기록매체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
