Claims (26)

  1. (Ⅰ) 중합체를 pH7이상에서 팽윤제 또는 팽윤제와 염기와의 혼합물과 접촉시키고, (Ⅱ)욕을 적어도 1초 동안 적어도 200℉의 온도로 가열하고, (Ⅲ)욕을 pH7 미만으로 산성화하고, (Ⅳ) 중합체와 욕을 분리시켜 표면이 개질된 중합체를 수득하는 단계를 포함하여, 고체 합성 중합체의 표면을 개질하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(Ⅱ)에서 욕과 중합체를 약 10분동안 약 265℉의 온도로 가열하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(Ⅲ)에서 사용하는 산이 아세트산인 방법.
  4. (Ⅰ) 중합체를 pH7 이상에서 팽윤제 또는 팽윤제와 염기와의 혼합물과 접촉시키고; (Ⅱ)욕과 중합체를 적어도 1초 동안 적어도 200℉의 온도로 가열하고; (Ⅲ)욕을 pH7 미만으로 산성화하고; (Ⅳ) 중합체를 적어도 5분 동안 활성 물질과 접촉시키고; (Ⅴ) 중합체와 욕을 분리시켜 표면이 개질된 중합체를 수득하는 단계를 포함하여, 고체 합성중합체의 표면을 개질하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 고체 합성 중합체가 폴리에스테르인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 고체 합성 중합체가 나일론인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르가 직물 형태인 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 나일론이 직물 형태인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 직물이 폴리에스테르와 적어도 하나의 다른 합성 중합체와의 혼방 제직물 형태인 방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 팽윤제가 트리클로로벤젠이고, 염기가 가성소다이며, 단계(Ⅱ)에서의 욕의 온도가 적어도 265℉이고, 단계(Ⅱ)에서의 욕의 온도를 적어도 5분 동안 유지시키며, 단계(Ⅲ)에서 사용하는 산이 아세트산이고, 단계(Ⅳ)에서 사용하는 활성물질이 비이온성 폴리아미드 중합체인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 비이온성 옥시에틸화된 폴리아미드 중합체인 방법.
  12. 제4항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 실릴화된 유기중합체인 방법.
  13. 제4항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 방향족 디카복실산 및 설폰화된 방향족 디카복실산의 알칼리 금속염의 음이온성 공중합체인 방법.
  14. 제4항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 (CH3C)3Si(CH2)3N+(CH3)2(C18C37)Cl-인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 고체 합성 중합체가 필름 형태인 방법.
  16. 제4항에 있어서, 고체 합성 중합체가 필름 형태인 방법.
  17. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 합성 중합체.
  18. 제4항의 방법에 의해 제조된 합성 중합체.
  19. 고체 합성 중합체의 표면을 연속적으로 개질하는 방법에 있어서, (Ⅰ) 고체 중합체를 pH7 이상에서 팽윤제 또는 팽윤제와 염기와의 혼합물을 함유하는 욕속으로 계속해서 공급하고; (Ⅱ) 고체 중합체를 욕으로부터 계속해서 제거한 다음, 과량의 팽윤제와 염기를 중합체로부터 계속해서 제거하고; (Ⅲ) 고체 중합체를 온도가 200℉이상인 열처리에 계속해서 통과시키고; (Ⅳ) 고체 중합체를 산성화 욕에 통과시키고; (Ⅴ) 제거된 고체 중합체를 세정하여 산도를 제거하거나 감소시켜 표면이 개질된 중합체를 수득하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 고체 합성 중합체의 표면을 연속적으로 개질하는 방법에 있어서, (Ⅰ) 고체 중합체를 pH7 이상에서 팽윤제 또는 팽윤제와 염기와의 혼합물을 함유하는 욕속으로 계속해서 공급하고; (Ⅱ) 고체 중합체를 욕으로부터 계속해서 제거한 다음, 과량의 팽윤제와 염기를 중합체로부터 계속해서 제거하고; (Ⅲ) 고체 중합체를 온도가 200℉이상인 열처리기에 계속해서 통과시키고; (Ⅳ) 고체 중합체를 산성화 욕에 통과시키고; (Ⅴ) 고체 중합체를 활성화 물질과 적어도 5분 동안 접촉시키고; (Ⅵ) 고체 중합체를 세정하여 표면이 개질된 중합체를 수득하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  21. 제19항의 방법에 의해 제조된 고체 합성 중합체.
  22. 제20항의 방법에 의해 제조된 고체 합성 중합체.
  23. 제17항의 고체 합성 중합체로부터 제조된 제품.
  24. 제18항의 고체 합성 중합체로부터 제조된 제품.
  25. 제21항의 고체 합성 중합체로부터 제조된 제품.
  26. 제22항의 고체 합성 중합체로부터 제조된 제품.
