착색화된 중합조성물 및 이의 제법

제1도 및 제2도는 shawiningn acetylene black을 대상을 한 안정도 결과를 나타낸 플러트이고,
제3도-제5도는 카본블랙의 다양한 타입을 대상으로한 안정도를 나타낸 플러트이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 하나 또는 그 이상의 노르브르넨형 모노머의 열린 고리 치환-촉매 중합반응에 의해 유도된 유니트로 구성된 중합조성물은 모노머 100중량부에 대하여 산소가 거의 유리된 약 0.05-약 25의 카본블랙을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물은 약 0.5-약 25중량부의 탄소블랙을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 카본블랙은 열카본블랙 또는 아세틸렌카본블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 카본블랙은 부분적 연소공정에 의해 제조되며, 카본블랙은 열처리되어 산화된 불순물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 전항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모노머 또는 중합유니트에서 유도한 모노머는 디시플로펜타디엔, 노르브르넨, 노르보르나디엔, 디시클로펜타디엔의 삼량체 또는 이보다 높은 소중합체, 또는 테트라시클로데센 또는 테트라시클로도데센의 비치환된 또는 치환된 알킬 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 열린고리치환-촉매중합화에 의해 하나 또는 그 이상의 노르브로넨형 모노머를 중합하여 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 중합조성물을 제조하는 방법은 모노머 또는 모노머들의 중합체가 열분해 공정에 의해 제조되었으며, 산소가 거의 유리된 카본블랙을 함유하며, 카본블랙의 양은 100부의 노르보르넨형 모노머에 대하여 약 0.05-약 25중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 모노머 또는 모노머들은 디시클로펜타디엔, 노르보르넨, 노르보르나디엔, 디시클로페타디엔의 삼량체 또는 이보다 높은 소중합체, 또는 테트라시클로도데센 또는 테트라시클로도데카디엔의 비치환 또는 치환알킬 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 모노머 또는 모노머들의 중합은 반응주입 성형공정(Reachtion injection molding)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
