Claims (8)

  1. 치환-중합촉매, 알킬 알루미늄 촉매 활성화제, 반응속도 감속재 및 치환-중합 가능한 폴리시클릭 시클로올게핀 단량체를 중합이 진행되는 주형 내에 충전하고 치환-중합 가능한 폴리시클릭 시클로올레핀을 중합시켜 성형품을 제조하는데 있어서, 반응 속도 감속재가 두자리 루이스 염기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 두자리 루이스 염기가 2개의 작용기들을 1, 3관계로 가짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 두자리 루이스 염기가 하기 일반식을 가짐을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법:
    (식 중, R은 1-5탄소 알킬라디칼 또는 페닐 또는 벤질라다칼이고, R′는 1-5탄소 알킬라디칼 또는 수소이며, 및 다수개의 R 또는 R′기들이 구조 내에 존재하는 경우 이들은 동일하거나 다를 수 있다)
  4. 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 두자리 루이스 염기가 테트라히드로푸르푸릴 알코올, 8-히드록시퀴놀린, 아세틸아세톤, 디벤조일메탄 또는 테트라히드로푸르푸실 알코올임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알킬 알루미늄 촉매 활성화제를 두자리 루이스 염기와 1:1-1:5몰 비로 합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응온도를 약 50℃이하로 유지시키면서 루이스 염기를 알킬 알루미늄 촉매 활성화제에 교반하에 첨가함을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시클로올레핀 단량체가 디시클로펜타디엔임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 치환 중합가능한 폴리시클릭 시클로올레핀, 치환중합촉매, 알킬 알루미늄 촉매 활성화제 및 반응속도 감속재로 이루어진, 반응속도 감속재가 두자리 루이스 염기임을 특징으로 하는 중합용 조성물.
