Claims (8)

  1. 적어도 하나의 복분해 중합 가능한 단량체 및 촉매성분과 활성화제 성분으로 이루어진 복분해 중합 촉매계를 함유한 멀티파트 복분해 중합 가능한 조성물을 조성물이 괴상 복분해 중합되는 주형에 도입함으로써 성형품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 복분해 중합 촉매계의 촉매성분 및 활성화제 성분이 조성물의 다른 파트에 존재하며 (a) 불완전 연소방법에 의해 재조된 카본블랙, (b) 산화티타늄, (c) 산화철 및 (d) 산화 코발트에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 안료가 활성화제 성분이 존재하는 파트에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 안료 (a),(b),(c) 및 (d) 중 적어도 하나가 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.05∼20중량%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙(a)는 오일로 카본블랙 및 램프블랙에서 선택되며, 산화 티타늄(b)는 백색 이산화티타늄, 블랙 질소 도우프된 일산화티타늄 및 티타늄 옐로우 TiO2- NiO - Sb2O3이며, 산화철(c) 블랙 산화철 Fe3O4, 레드산화철 Fe2O3및 오우커이며, 산화코발트(d)는 코발트 볼루인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 복분해 중합 가능한 단량체가 디시클로펜타디엔 또는 시클로펜타디엔과 기타 복분해 중합 가능한 단량체와의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 적어도 하나의 복분해 중합 가능한 단량체 및 촉매성분과 활성화제 성분으로 이루어진 복분해 중합 촉매계를 함유한 멀티파트 복분해 중합 가능한 조성물에 있어서, 복분해 중합 촉매제의 촉매성분 및 활성화재 성분이 조성물의 다른 파트에 존재하며, (a) 불완전 연소방법에 의해 제조된 카본블랙, (b) 산화티타늄, (c) 산화철 및 (d) 산화코발트에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 안료가 활성화제성분이 존재하는 파트에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 안료 (a),(b),(c) 및 (d)중의 적어도 하나가 조성물의 총량을 기준으로 0.05∼20중량%의 양으로 사용되는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 카본블랙(a)는 오일로 카본블랙 및 램프블랙에서 선택되며, 산화 티타늄(b)는 백색 이산화티타늄, 블랙 질소 도우프된 일산화티타늄 및 티타늄 옐로우 TiO2- NiO - Sb2O3이며, 산화철(c)는 블랙 산화철 Fe3O4, 레드산화철 Fe2O3및 오우커이며, 산화 코발트(d)는 코발트 블루인 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 복분해 중합 가능한 단량체가 디시클로펜타디엔 또는 디시클로펜타디엔과 기타 복분해 중합 가능한 단량체와 혼합물인 조성물.
