Claims (9)
- 점대칭을 나타내지 않는 배향된 배열체의, 하기 일반식(I) 화합물을 함유하는 필름 형태의 물질 :상기식에서, X는 =CH- 또는 =N-이고, R1은 C12-C30알킬이며 ; R2는 수소 또는 C1-C30알킬이고 ; R3은-NO2,-CN,-CF3,-COCF3,-SO2CH3또는-SO2CF3이며 ; R4는 수소이거나 또는 R3과 동일하게 정의되고; R5는 수소 또는-NR6R7이며 또는 R6및 R7은 상호 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C30알킬이고, 이 경우, 또한 알킬 라디칼중 일부는 부분적으로 불소화되거나 또는 과불소화될 수 있음.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I)의 화합물이 랭뮤아르-블로드제트 층계(LB 계)의 형태로 배열된 물질.
- X가 =CH-이고, R1이 C18-C22알킬이며 ; R2가 수소 또는 C18-C22알킬이고 ; R3이-NO2이며 ; R4가 수소 또는-NO2이고 또 R5가 수소 또는-NH2인 일반식(I) 화합물을 함유하는 교대 또는 비교대층의, 제2항에 따른 LB계.
- X가 =N-인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 함유하는, 제2항에 따른 LB계.
- X가 =N-이고 ; R1이 C16-C26알킬이며 ; R2가 수소이고 ; R3가-NO2이며 ; R4가 수소 또는-NO2이고 Rμ가 수소인 일반식(I) 화합물의 교대 또는 비교대층을 함유하는, 제2항에 따른 LB계.
- X가 =N-인, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물.
- 하기 일반식(IIa) 또는 (IIb)의 화합물을, Hal기들이 일반식(III)의 아민과 친핵성 교환 반응을 수행하도록 화학량론적 양의 1 또는 2배의 일반식(III) 아민과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제6항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물 제조방법:상기식에서, R1내지 R5는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고 또 Hal은 염소 또는 불소임.
- NLO-활성 물질로서, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물을 함유하는 광전자 단위체.
- NLO-활성 물질로서, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I)의 화합물을 함유하는 주파수 이배기, 변조기 또는 도파관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
