무기질계 경량발포체용 조성물 및 무기질계 경량발포체의 제조방법

Claims (4)

  1. 무기질 분말과 염화비닐계수지를 주성분으로하여 유기용매와 발포제를 함유하고, 염화비닐계수지는 JIS K 6721-1959에 의한 평균중합도(P)가 1,300 내지 10,000사이에 있는 현탁중합 또는 괴중합에 의하여 얻어지는 고중합도 수지이고, 무기질 분말과 염화비닐계수지의 중량비를 50:50 내지 85:15의 범위로하고, 유기용매는 용해도 정수(δ치)가 7 내지 10의 범위이며 비점이 80℃ 이상 140℃인 것이며, 무기질분말과 염화비닐계수지의 합계량에 대한 유기용매의 중량비를 60:40 내지 40:60의 범위로 함을 특징으로 하는 무기질계 경량발포체를 제조하기 위한 발포성 조성물.
  2. 고중합도 염화비닐계수지와 무기질분말을 주성분으로 하는 조성물을, 140℃-200℃에서 조성물에 전단력을 줄수 있도록 혼련하는 공정, 혼련된 조성물에 제1항에 기재된 유기용매와 발포제를 첨가하고 40-80℃의 온도에서 혼합하여 유기용매가 주성분중에 침투한 발포성조성물을 제조하는 공정 및 발포성 조성물을 가압하 150-180℃의 온도에서 발포성형시키는 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 무기질계 경량발포체의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항의 방법에 따라 제조된 무기질계 경량발포체.
  4. 제3항의 따른 발포체로 만들어진 절연체로 액화천연가스탱크를 위한 단열재(heat insulator).
