Claims (7)

  1. 디메틸 설폭사이드, 디메틸 포름아미드, 디글림 및 N-메틴피롤리돈을 포함하는 그룹의 비양성자성 용매와 메탄올, 이소프로판올 및 에탄올로 이루어진 그룹의 알코올의 혼합물(여기서, 혼합된 용매의 알코올에 대한 비양성자성 용매의 비율은 중량을 기준으로하여 1 : 4 내지 1 : 20이다)중 0.5 내지 10중량%의 중합화된 과불소화 폴리(아미드-산)을 포함하는 사이즈 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합체가 무수 N-메틸피롤리돈중 2,2-비스(3′,4′-디카복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 이무수물과 약 95 : 5 비율의 파라- 및 메타-페닐렌 디아민 혼합물의 거의 화학양론적 반응에 의해서 제조되는 사이즈 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 용매 혼합물이 N-메틸피롤리돈과 에탄올의 혼합물인 사이즈 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 사이즈 조성물을 탄소 섬유에 적용시킴으로써 제조한, 균일하고 연속적인 약 3중량% 이하의 불소화 폴리(아미드-산)피복물을 함유하는 탄소 섬유.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 피복물이 경화된 탄소 섬유.
  6. 약 50 내지 70용적%의 제4항 또는 5항의 탄소 섬유에 의해 강화된 폴리이미드 매트릭스를 포함하는 복합물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리이미드 매트릭스가 파이로멜리트산 이무수물 및 방향족 디아민으로부터 제조되고, 약 10% 이하의 말단-캡핑된 아미노 또는 무수물 그룹을 함유한 용융-융합성 폴리이미드인 복합물.
