Claims (15)
- (a) ω-락탐으로 블록화된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트,(b) 3이하의 아민 관능성도 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌-아미 및 (C) 알칼리 금속 촉매의 존재하에서 ω-락탐을 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 내 충격성 폴리아미드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록화된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트, ω-락탐 및 폴리옥시알킬겐-아민을 110℃이하의 온도에서 혼합 및 용융시키고, 수득된 혼합물에 용융된 ω-락탐중 알칼리 금속 촉매를 가하고, 중합 온도를 120℃ 이상으로 상승시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융된 ω-락탐에 용해된 블록화 폴리이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트에, 폴리옥시알킬렌-아민과 용융된 ω-락탐 및 알칼리 금속 촉매와의 혼합물을 110℃이하의 온도에서 가하고, 이어서 중합온도를 120℃이상으로 상승시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2도는 3항에 있어서, 혼합 온도가 75~100℃이고, 중합온도가 120~250℃, 바람직하게는 130~160℃인 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 언급된 폴리옥시알킬렌-아민이 1.5~2.9의 아민 관능성도를 갖는 화합물인 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 언급된 폴리옥시알킬렌-아민이 폴리옥시프로필렌-디아민 또는 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌-디아민인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리옥시프로필렌-디아민이 약 200 ~ 약 5000의 분자량을 갖는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌-아민의 양이 반응물의 총량을 기준으로 1~40중량%, 바람직하게는 5~30중량%인 방법.
- 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 언급된 락탐이 γ-부티로락탐, δ-발레로락탐, ε-카프로락탐, ω-에난토락탐, ω-카프릴락탐, ω-운데카노락탐 및 ω-라우릴락탐의 단독 또는 배합중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 언급된 ω-락탐이 ε- 카프로락탐 및/또는 ω-라우릴락탐인 방법.
- 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 언급된 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 및/또는 지환족 및/또는 방향족 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 언급된 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 또는 지환족 디이소시이네이트, 바람직하게는 헥사메틸렌-디이소시아네이트(HDI) 및/또는 트리메틸-헥사메틸렌-디이소시아네이트(TMDI)인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 언급된 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 디이소시아네이트의 혼합물인 방법.
- (a) ω-락탐으로 블록화된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트,(b) 3이하의 아민 관능성도를 갖고 폴리옥시알킬렌-아민, 및(c) 알칼리 금속 촉매의 존재하에 ω-락탐을 중합시켜 수득한 폴리아미드.
