Claims (1)
- 쌀을 원료로 유산균음료를 제조함에 있어서 알파-아밀라제 역가와 베타-아밀라제 역가와 프로테아제역가를 동시에 갖고 있는 효소를 사용하여 쌀을 가수분해한 후, 락토바실러스 아시도필러스 및 스트렙토코카스 써모필러스를 1:1(중량비)로 혼합 접종하여 유산균 혼합발효법에 의한 쌀을 이용한 유산균 음료의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
